Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Volusia County

Was very responsive and accommodating when dealing with the tv and wifi not working, as well as the remote. Got someone out to fix it within an hour! Very clean and cozy place!! The house is on a main side road but has a full fence in front and gate that you can manually open and close to gain more privacy from anyone walking up to the house Also the AC worked great, that’s always a must in Florida. I would stay here again for sure

I wanted a place like no other for my weekend getaway, Carlis’ place did not disappoint. From the incredibly peaceful location to the unique decor everything about my stay was simply beautiful. If you are looking for something besides the typical oceanfront hotel, this is the place. The back porch had me secluded from life’s distractions and welcomed to nature’s paradise. I would stay here again and again. Side note, you will need transportation to get take in all the area has to offer.

So this was my SECOND stay with Danie in 2 months. This place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!! This is such a well-appointed home with everything you need to feel at home! The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, the back yard is an oasis of peace, and cooking a meal to eat in the breakfast nook or at the gorgeous family-sized trestle table is a joy! There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable...I was there with my friend and our two teenagers. We cooked together and enjoyed movies on the nice big TV in the living room, where everyone had plenty of room to stretch out. Plenty of hot water (we all had to shower after going to the parks in Orlando) and soft towels. We slept like babies and awoke refreshed and ready for the next day. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds from the screened porch while sipping our coffee. Danie's place is home away from home! Thanks so much for this wonderful escape that feels so friendly and familiar every time I come back!

Beautiful home , looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and just provided anything you could need . Linens ,plenty of towels,toiletries as well as kitchen essentials. Would stay again !

Our family stayed at Marilyn’s home for a few days to relax and enjoy her pool during our kiddo’s graduation week. She was very accommodating, had clear requests and instructions, and was quick to respond to my own messages. There were zero issues with communication or amenities. Wonderful place to stay! The house is spotless with lots of space! It’s well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra towels. The washer/dryer is a great bonus. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. A short walk to restaurants and shops. I felt right at home. Definitely recommend!!!

Natalie’s home was the perfect vacation spot for our family. It’s tucked away in a super quiet, secluded area, which made it feel like our own private retreat. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Our toddler especially loved swimming and had a blast on the swings and slide in the yard. Another plus was the location, we were just a short drive from both Kelly Rock Springs and Wekiwa Springs, which made planning our days really easy. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Natalie, for such a great stay!

Sabra and Ben's place is absolutely adorable. Sabra communicated and responded promptly and kindly. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, and cooling options. It was quiet and peaceful, shaded with a beautiful porch area. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Description and pictures are exactly as advertised.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

Great host, and Great vibes. the home is near what seems to be a strip mall like 2 minutes away walking distance. It has plenty of bars, and restaurants to choose from.

Place was as described and hosts were very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was a couple blocks from the beach and easy to get to restaurants and other activities. The property itself was very nice and it was a quiet area. We ran into a couple people that helped the owners out with their property and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we had no occasion to talk to the owners, they obviously took pride in their property and were quick to get back with correspondence. The property looked exactly like the pictures and we had very nice stay.

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Host was super responsive, place was clean and as described and pictured! Julie has a nice “welcome book” with easy instructions, building rules and local recommendations! Great communication! Highly recommend and price is extremely reasonable!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

It was a great location right on the beach. It took me 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Ending up coming alone I felt safe the entire time. I was within a short drive to Publix & Winn Dixie. The accommodations look like the pictures and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely book again with Raymond!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. Waking up to that stunning view every day was a dream. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful — even left us a bottle of wine, which was such a sweet touch. Everything was well-organized and welcoming. A few things stood out: The hosts thought of everything you can possibly need, extra charging cords, fans, lots of plugs, extra blankets, a little goody bag of snacks, wine and a bag of toiletries. Also, provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It’s a studio and had lots of storage, was clean and you can tell the hosts took pride in their listing, we will definitely go back! Thank you for having us and it was a perfect couple of days.
