The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

Welcome to Rauchenbichl Castle in the heart of Salzburg city. Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic estate at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is just a leisurely walk to the city center. The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and newly furnished not long ago. It can be booked for 1-2 guests (cot or extra bed possible) and has a spacious large and fully equipped kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The balcony by the bedroom is small but fine!

We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.
