Holiday rentals with a sauna in Vodice

This is a lovely place to stay. Comfortable and clean apartment with a very nice pool. We had the place to ourselves for a few days, which was great. Irena, the host, was very helpful and always available to help with anything. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the sea, with a handful of nice restaurants in easy walking distance.

Great stay, ideal location for walking into the old town of Split. Boris was very helpful and ensured everything went smoothly.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful house with a big swimming pool. Many olive trees and a couple of fig trees. Tanna went the extra mile to ensure that we felt at home and comfortable. Few members of our group fell ill during the stay. Tanna was extremely responsive to our requests. Thanks to her, we were able to go to the doctor and the family recovered in a day. All in all, Tanna made our stay comfortable. The house is very well equipped with lots of thought given to details. The whole experience with Tanna and the house exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und eine schöne Zeit. Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auf dem großen Balkon konnte man in Ruhe frühstücken und seinen Kaffee genießen. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal - zentral und doch ruhig. Kleinere Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bademöglichkeiten waren fussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief trotz verspäteter Anreise reibungslos. Wenn mal nicht unterwegs war, lud der insgesamt sehr gepflegte Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool zum Verweilen ein. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt, den ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!

House is such that one doesn't feel the need to go out for anything else. Had outstanding facilities and polite responsive attendant. Clear sea and hot pool. Amazing would return and recommend to friends

We loved our week in Mastrinka. Such a beautiful view from the balcony with sun beds, dining table and hot tub, and the added bonus of watching planes in and out of Split airport. It was only €5-6 uber to Trogir which we fell in love with. (taxis were much more expensive so we would avoid these) Walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a beach bar and supermarkets. Swimming in the sea which is right across the road was perfect to cool down in the hot sunshine. Air con kept us cool inside and we were welcomed with some cold beer by Lili, our hosts live in the same building and were very welcoming. We would highly recommend for a holiday which combines relaxing and visiting Trogir and Split.

Très bon accueil de Jana dans ce bel grand appartement ou l'on se sent plus dans une maison. Il est située dans un quartier résidentiel près d'un parc et de la mer et son emplacement est idéal pour la visite de Split et se baigner

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés on a été ravis de constater qu’il était très propre et qu’une bouteille d’eau avait été placée au congélateur ce qui nous a fait du bien, c’était une agréable attention! Il est parfaitement situé, la plage est juste en bas de la rue, il y a une supérette pas très loin ou l’on peut s’y rendre à pied, une place de parking est disponible également en bas de l’immeuble. Nous avons également été bien accueillis par Maria et elle était très réactive lorsque nous avons eu quelques questions. La salle de spa était très agréable, la tarification s’effectue pour 2h de pur détente dans un très grand jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful time in Croatia, and especially at Ante's place. He has been a super nice host, paying attention to every single details. The appartment is brand new, and is sincerely stunning : 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms fully equipped and a modern living room with balcony offering a stunning view of the bay. Ideal for chilling and looking at the sunset ! The gym and the jacuzzy at the groundfloor of the building are the extra bonus that make this place very awesome ! Also, the location is perfect if you have a car to travel around : - 5 min from Torgir - 20 min from Split - 15 min from Airport We recommend it 200% !

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dora! The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. Clean towels was provided several times during our stay. The pool area is likewise spotless clean and very nice with comfortable sun beds. The apartment is surrounded by olive trees and beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat service for Trogir leave from the small marina at the beach, we really enjoyed Trogir which is very charming and with great restaurants. Ante is a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Super accueil de notre hôte en fin d'après midi qui passe pour voir si tout se passe bien, et si nous avons des questions à lui poser. Ce qui est plaisant c'est qu'elle parle en français avec nous et ça c'est un plus pour se faire comprendre 👍. Logement propre et fonctionnel 😉. Petit sachet de lavande en cadeau que nous pouvons reprendre chez nous. Le jaccuzi au top, après une journée de marche ça détend 😊. Une hôte disponible dès que nous lui envoyons un message. Nous recommandons cette location.

Veldig fin plass som på bildene. Rask tilbakemelding ved spørsmål på melding. Verten bor i nederste etasje og vi kunne ringe på om det var noe vi lurte på eller lignende. Det er kun et kort/nøkkel til rommet. Rolig området med båttaxi til Trogir fra stranden. Takk for en fin ferie☀️

Das Haus und die Kulisse waren atemberaubend. Alles war genau so wie beschrieben und besser. Die Zimmer waren sauber und generell war alles, passend zur Landschaft und Umgebung, in einem einheitlichen Stil aus Modernität und einem Touch Rustikalität eingerichtet. Die Wohnzimmer waren bequem und schön eingerichtet. Das Herzstück des Grundstücks war unserer Meinung nach der Poolbereich. Dort konnte man wirklich den ganzen Tag verbringen und entspannen. Tomislav kam alle 2 Tage in der Früh vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen und er war für jede Frage zu haben und immer erreichbar. Obwohl das Grundstück eine private, abgelegenere Lage hatte, konnte man mit dem Auto super die Gegend erkunden und der nächste Strand war ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem waren Check-In und Check-Out flexibel. Wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlich und freuen uns auf ein mögliches Wiedersehen.

Mia was very good and helpful during our stay in Croatia, she was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed as well as gave us info on different excursions to do whilst visiting. Overall very organised and friendly to deal with. Thanks!

Marija was a GREAT host and very responsive before and during our stay. This home is absolutely stunning and steps from the water with private area and walkway but also very close to a public beach, (although not used by others much). There is a restaurant a short walk done the beach and a convenience store right by the restaurant as well. You can take the ‘short cut’ walking road into the marina area, coffee shops and old Trogir. Very steep at points, but quaint and with beautiful views along the way. The home itself is very modern and EVERY spacious bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that face the water! The pictures posted are the most true representation that I’ve ever experienced! Common space inside and the outside patio is great for a family or group to gather and enjoy time together. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and we’d return in a heartbeat the next time we visit Trogir! Marija was also very helpful with recommendations regarding transport and activities!

Fint sted hvor man føler seg som hjemme fra man sjekker inn til man drar. Bra anbefalinger av resturanter, aktiviteter og utesteder av vertens medarbeider. Utmerket air condition og bra wifi.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Es gab immer persönlichen Kontakt, und man konnte Sachen ordern, die prompt organisiert wurden. Wir hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort, und brauchten uns um nicht zu kümmern. Sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem in jeder Situation. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Vom Shampoo bis hin zum Federballschläger ist alles vorhanden. Man muss sogut wie nichts mitbringen. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub dort. Leider sind 1000 Zeichen zu wenig um alles zu beschreiben😅 daher verweise ich auf meine Google Rezension☺️. Kurzum hier ist alles PERFEKT vom Haus bis zum Gastgeber. Und es war uns jeden Cent werd. Vielen Dank nochmals für die schönen Tage. Und weiterhin viel Erfolg❤️

Der Empfang bei Mario war super! Wir wurden mit Wein, Brot und einer Platte mit Schinken und Käse begrüßt 😊 Das Haus ist urig und gemütlich und wir haben alles ausprobiert, was im Angebot war. Schwimmen im Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Tischtennis und natürlich haben wir auch gegrillt. Perfekt! Ein Problem mit dem Internet konnte recht schnell gelöst werden. Eine schöne Ferienwohnung ruhig gelegen, in einer wunderbaren Landschaft nahe dem Krka Nationalpark. Wir haben von hier aus viele Ausflüge unternommen. Natürlich muss man hier auch Anfahrtszeiten von ca. 1 ½ Stunden einrechnen. Das war für uns kein Problem und so haben wir die Plitvicer Seen, Omis mit Bootsfahrt, Trogir mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt und vieles mehr gesehen. Die Jeep Safari über den Mali Alan Pass zum Tulove Grede war genial. Zum Abschied bekamen wir von seiner Mutter noch ein kleines handgemachtes Präsent und eine Schüssel mit landestypischem Gebäck. Danke für die schöne Zeit und ganz liebe Grüße an deine Mutter!

Our stay Villa Šimun was fantastic. It's a stunning Villa in a peaceful and beautiful location, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The property itself is still very new, so everything was very clean and well presented. Lots of clean, fresh towels and bed linen. Both kitchens are very well equipped with a good selection ion pots, pans utensils and so on. The pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off from the hot sun and the sunbeds and chairs offered a great place to sit and enjoy the views. However, I would recommend some non slip shoes for the pool area if staying with very young children. The Villa is located a short walk up the hill from the peacefu town of Zaton, where we found everything we needed, restaurant, supermarket etc. A car is recommended if you wish to explore further. The communication from the owner, regarding our arrival was perfect and so was the assistance during our stay. I highly recommend Villa Šimun and we would love to stay again in the future.
