Loft holiday rentals in Vodice

A fabulous stay! Excellent, very tasteful & individually decorated, the flexible doors were great for our needs. A place that is visibly guided with a lot of love for detail, with an unexpectedly higher standard. I arrived very exhausted & burdened here & was able to find what I was looking for: walking distance to the water, a quiet place (the beach never full) & in the vicinity the most necessary things: a small shop in the village, Sibenik for larger needs in a few minutes by car. Sime & Sonja made it easy for me to arrive well, feel comfortable & I was sad that I was not in a nicer condition myself & much more could be in contact. I had a lot with 3 of my children & we were allowed to leave our SUBs & our wagons at the property very relievingly. Very good air conditioning, the "street" on the beach only a small path. My first vacation and it was wonderful! I admire the two & send best regards!

The accommodation was not far from the beach 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was acceptable cozy furnished by the size. It had everything we needed. The kids lacked wifi😀. The balcony and climate was a big plus. The parking spot was in front of the apartment building marked for you.

Very friendly host and cleaner, good communication, super clean place that looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect place to stay and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was perfect for us! It had all the amenities we needed (bonus points for the great shower) and the location was ideal - close to restaurants and shops. The ferry terminal was close and an easy walk. The owner even arranged to have us picked up from the airport and brought to the building very reasonably.

As others have said, it's a small place, but that suited us fine. It's clean and cosy, and and with easy access to various places in and around Split, especially with your own car. The main thing is the host: Kristian (Kiki) is Ivanka's son and is exactly how others have described him: super friendly and helpful. This is what AirBnB is meant to be, with people like him who do all they can to make your stay a good one. Would definitely stay at one of their places again if back in Split.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had picked the right apartment for our stay. A very comfortable home. Right in the middle of the city but very peaceful. We loved Šibenik and our host and his father were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to explore Šibenik and the surrounding area and experience the warmth of the Croatians and their culture. 10/10. Thank you

Cozy apartment that offers everything you need (including dish washer). It has a nice terrace which is perfect for chilling or eating dinner in the evenings. Grill and parking spot is available. Anja is very responsive and helpful, she provided us with information about the estate, Žman and Dugi otok in general, which made our stay on the island even better and easier. She and her family are very kind and they make you feel very welcome. Location is good and Žman offers all the necessities (beach, shop, restaurant, bar, bus), but you will need a car to reach “wild” beaches and explore the rest of the island.

We had a wonderful time in Grebaštica! The beach is so close and the garden is lovely. We really enjoyed the peace of the place. The penthouse was perfect with the kids. There were a lot of toys and puzzles. Interior was basic but we didn't miss anything. People were all very friendly and communication with Majda didn't leave any wishes.

Host is unbelievably accommodating, wasn't a request I made that they didn't get taken care of. Home is beautiful, perfectly located with shooting distance to everything. Quiet, friendly feels like home. Couldn't recommend this Mario and Ivana enough

We felt super comfortable with Martina/Marijo. The apartment was top notch with a magnificent view from the rooftop terrace. Marijo was very friendly and helpful A great host. We will be happy to come back.

This was a cute little place with an amazing view and great location. The host couldn’t have been nicer / more helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Split. Everything is right on your doorstep so you can go home for little breaks in between doing things.

Amazing place to stay at! Capacious and lovely for a group of people. The sea is within a 1 minute reach on foot from the house what is an amazing bonus! Breathtaking view on the sea! Apart from that it’s situated within a close reach of other cities so it’s really easy to commute and make 1-2 trips to somewhere from here via car! The hosts are very welcoming and always eager to help you when you need them. The house itself is newly built and furnished! Last but not least the general atmosphere is very hospital, you feel as if you’re a close friend of the hosts.

We had a great stay here! Wonderful location right in the old town and a lovely apartment with everything you need! We were 4 adults and fit comfortably using the sofa bed :) would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic time in the loft. The place is well equipped. It has a perfect location to explore the city on foot and also reach the sea. The four of us felt very comfortable and can only recommend this place.

The place was very nice and clean and Mihaela was very kind and welcoming.

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of old town, modern and spacious. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Bed was big and comfortable. Petra is an amazing host! She always replied swiftly and was flexible in accommodating our requests. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Zadar.
