Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vodice

The perfect spot for a relaxing stay- thank you to Ivica! The house had everything we needed- plenty of space, a great kitchen (indoors and out!), and a stunning patio and pool. We spent time in nearby Sibenik (5 minutes away), at local wineries, and also an afternoon in Split (less than an hour away). Ivica responded quickly when we had questions, met us for the initial check-in, and then shared recommendations on local highlights. We will definitely consider booking again when we return to Croatia!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Martin! Bereits am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich mit einer Etagere voller Fleisch, Schinken, Käse, frischem Brot und Donuts begrüßt – eine tolle Geste, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, in einem Raum zu kochen und im anderen zu essen, was uns ein unglaublich heimisches Gefühl vermittelt hat. Für Grillfans steht auch ein Outdoorgrill bereit, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Einkaufen ist ganz unkompliziert im benachbarten Ort Benkovac möglich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Zusätzlich hatten wir ausreichend Möglichkeiten, uns nachmittags auf dem Gelände zu beschäftigen, denn es gibt einen kleinen Minigolfplatz, eine Dartscheibe, einen Tischkicker sowie einen erfrischenden Pool, die für viel Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt haben. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft von Martin nur empfehlen!

Cette maison est un véritable coin de paradis ! Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille, et tout était absolument parfait ! Les chambres sont confortables, la maison dispose de 3 salles de bains, ce qui est très pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée. La terrasse avec piscine donne directement sur la mer! La vue est splendide ! L’environnement est calme. Vedrana s’est montrée très gentille et réactive dans nos échanges. Nous aurions aimé rester bien plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons ! C’est une des plus belles expériences airbnb de ma vie ! MERCI !

Der Urlaub im Haus Leila war erstklassig. Das haus und der kleine Garten sind wunderschön, und Blitzsauber. Unsere erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Strand ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar innerhalb 5 Minuten. Die Gastgeberin ist gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

We had the most wonderful week at Tina’s house. The house, pool and all outside spaces were well kept and everywhere was very clean. The house had all the facilities you needed for a very relaxing and easy holiday and the air-con was fantastic given the hot weather. We found the location excellent with several restaurants and a yummy ice cream place all within easy walking distance. Tina was very helpful and responsive to any messages and we’d love to be back next year!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Ivana gave us great recommendations for affordable food and great locations to explore. You can easily walk to the old town and we were provided a parking spot for our car.

Marina est une hôte adorable qui nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a donné toutes les indications que ce soit sur le logement ou pour accéder à la ville. Elle nous avait même laissé, dans la cuisine, des mandarines de son jardin. Une gentille attention. Son appartement était très propre, spacieux qui offrait une très jolie vue sur la ville et le port. La cuisine était équipée d'une plaque de cuisson et d'un micro onde, très appréciable pour réchauffer pizza ou autres. Il y avait même un lave linge (penser à prendre une dosette de lessive) Place de parking juste devant la maison. Ville magnifique. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet hôte et ce logement.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Brigitta und Antun. Wir wurden mit Kaffee und Muffins in dem wunderschönen schattigen Innenhof verwöhnt, den wir auch zum Frühstücken nutzen durften. Unkomplizierter Kontakt, Brigitta spricht deutsch. Schönes kühles Appartement, blitzsauberes Bad. Fußläufig zur Altstadt von Trogir und doch ruhig gelegen. Einfache Badegelegenheit in der Nähe, wenn man mal schnell Schwimmen gehen will. Sehr schöne Strände in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Jelena is an excellent host. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my two daughters in their twenties. So peaceful with so many beautiful and walkable beaches and restaurants. Had a fab time ❤️

Marina ontving ons persoonlijk bij aankomst, en na een korte tour door het verblijf gaf ze ons meerdere tips aan activiteiten om te doen in de regio. het verblijf ligt perfect voor meerdere dagen aan activiteiten en is enorm ruim ingedeeld!

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Kathrin was an absolutely exceptional host. We had had to change our booking twice for personal reasons and it really was worth going for the ‘third time lucky’! Kathrin arranged for us to be collected by local taxi-driver, Boris, who we instantly warmed to (our children thought of him almost as their Croatian Grandad after four trips in his car on our short break!) and this made our arrival in Croatia to our accommodation easy and smooth. The apartment was beautiful, had everything you could want/need and the pool was perfect for us to have tons of fun in, as a family of 5 with toddlers and a teen. The local area is stunning and the restaurant where we had our final meal, Konoba Intrada that Kathrin had recommended, did not disappoint. Great food, great local wine and great service. We will definitely be staying at Kathrin’s place again and could not recommend the visiting the apartment and Croatia enough. Thank you so much, Kathrin, for such a special trip!

Het huis ligt ideaal, je kan naar de openbare stranden met barretjes om de hoek lopen, de bus naar Trogir nemen ook om de hoek en met de auto rij je zo naar Trogir (5 minuten naar het grote parkeerterrein). Zeker in het voorseizoen leuk want dan is Trogir nog niet te druk en zijn er om de hoek al juist wat barretjes en restaurantjes open. Avond wel alles vroeg dicht in mei toen wij er waren. Je moet na 21.00 voor een ijsje naar Trogir. Onze host was zeer vriendelijk en relaxt. Je loopt zo de zee in, de tuin ziet er heel gezellig uit, lavendel en rozen. Vooral het terras is echt geweldig!! Lekkere ligstoelen, mooie parasols en eetmeubilair ook top. Verder was alles schoon en strak maar toch gezellig ingericht met mooie complete keuken. De bedden heerlijk, alleen de badkamer is wat klein maar voldeed prima. Wij hebben genoten.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser sehr schönen Villa! Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es gab wirklich alles, vor allem in der Küche war von Küchengeräten, vielfältigen Geschirr und Gewürzen alles da. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab sogar eine Brotzeitplatte und Wein zur Begrüßung. Da das Wetter eher kühl war, konnten wir die Sauna und den Jacussi perfekt nutzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Our family enjoyed staying at Renata's beautiful home! Renata and her family are so kind, welcoming and helpful. They were there to greet us with a beautiful tasty platter of meats and cheeses, local wine and olive oil. That was such a special treat. The surroundings are beautiful. It is located in a peaceful lovely area where you can feel at one with nature. We sat out by the pool, we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and landscaping and had enjoyable meals around the kitchen table (we ate in one of the kitchens/dining areas). The home is so comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, we had plenty sheets, blankets, pillows, bathroom linens and space in which to live. Croatia is a wonderful country and we hope to return again some day. Thank you Renata, Tea and Fabio! It was so lovely to meet you and thankyou for coming to bid us farewell! It was fantastic!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

We had such a lovely stay at Doris’s place! The house is beautiful – we loved the traditional architecture, stylish interior and the pool was perfect for cooling off. The views were incredible too – sea views in one direction and stunning mountains in the other. The location was ideal, with boat trips and rentals just down the road, plus a great little beach and beach bar nearby. Trogir is just 5-10 minutes drive away and split under an hour. You get the extra privacy and space of being slightly outside of the main towns but they are both still very accessible. Doris was always quick to respond to any questions and genuinely a joy to chat to. We’d love to come back again!

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!
