Christina is a great host. The apartment was as described and well equipped.

Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well-equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a nice view of the sea but especially on the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbors. It is a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

We spent 4 days in Mojácar and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Sophie is a 10-star host! She was attentive at all times, super kind and made sure that everything was fine every day. She made us feel very welcome and cared for from the first moment. The apartment is wonderful: everything is very clean, well cared for and with all the details. The terrace is spectacular for relaxing, the pool is great, and the rooms are comfortable and perfect. What's more, the location is unbeatable: next to the beach, the nightclubs and the Día supermarket. Everything is at hand! We would definitely repeat. Thank you for everything, Sophie!

fabulous stay at Gordon's apartment. Sea views from balcony spectacular. There were also lots extras which helped, like a lovely welcome pack, domestic products firestick tv! The whole experience was great and Hosts were so helpful. Highly recommended.

We spent almost a week at Joe's apartment. We were happy in all aspects: the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the photos do justice to it, the wonderful views, the space, the location, the good treatment. You can see the affection and care that Joe puts in that we are comfortable and we are not missing anything. We will be back!

Quiet apartment, very well cared for and good size for 4. The hosts are very attentive to every detail. Very well located next to the area of restaurants and bars in the port. It also has a nearby beach, we did the bathroom in Playa Puerto Rey, also very close. In these towns you have to get around in a car.

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate housing estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point for visiting Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it is not only their job but much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Victor Manuel's apartment is as described in the photos. What unfortunately cannot be described is how incredibly comfortable it is to be there on those terraces, overlooking the sea, listening to the birds singing in the background, giving an immense peace. The beach is a five-minute walk away, the restaurants of the development are in that environment, the pool is a step away... We really enjoyed these days in Victor Manuel's apartment, it was just what we needed. Super bright, spacious, clean and with details that make a difference.

We spent some unbeatable days at Monika's house. It is a house to enjoy, very nice, clean, in an unbeatable setting! Monika has always been waiting for anything we needed. In short, a paradise of peace and harmony. Thank you very much! We will definitely be back!

A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of the waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a small table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.

Juan Carlos place is very nice, it is large with plenty of space, It’s away from the main city which was what we wanted. Nice beaches with locals swimming and also fishing ( and catching fish ). The place is very laid back and walking around is nice.

A really lovely apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, superb views and large terrace. Easy, secure underground parking. Pedro who looks after check in/out was outstanding, responsive to any questions we had. He walked us through the apartment on check in and made it obvious that he was available for any problems at any reasonable time. We have had a perfect holiday ! Thank you, Brezo 😊
