Holiday rentals with beach access in Vista de los Ángeles-Rumina

We spent 4 days in Mojácar and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Sophie is a 10-star host! She was attentive at all times, super kind and made sure that everything was fine every day. She made us feel very welcome and cared for from the first moment. The apartment is wonderful: everything is very clean, well cared for and with all the details. The terrace is spectacular for relaxing, the pool is great, and the rooms are comfortable and perfect. What's more, the location is unbeatable: next to the beach, the nightclubs and the Día supermarket. Everything is at hand! We would definitely repeat. Thank you for everything, Sophie!

Great family stay at Laura's! Thank you very much. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, there was an air of Rio Bay with mist this February. The house is very inspiring. Communication with Laura is very fluid and Rosa welcomed us on site in a very warm way. She is really ultra caring and accommodating. Thanks again, we hope to return to the sunny days! My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate housing estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point for visiting Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it is not only their job but much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

A short but very pleasant stay We spent two nights at Maria's accommodation and, although it was a short getaway, the truth is that we were very comfortable. From the first moment we felt welcomed: Maria allowed us to check in before the scheduled time, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is very close to the beach, which is ideal, and has a pool, which we were lucky enough to enjoy all alone for several hours. The apartment has air conditioning and mosquito nets, which is an important plus in summer. Maria was very attentive and decisive throughout the stay. Even when we had a small incident with a towel and a shirt that fell on a roof, he resolved it right away on his own. In addition, he greeted us with a bottle of water, which was a nice touch, especially with the heat that day. I totally recommend the accommodation for those looking to be close to the sea and feel comfortable 😊

The place is beautiful, even better than the incredible apartment in the photo and there is no lack of detail. The beautiful urbanization with wonderful views and everything's great. The woman who received us was super kind and friendly, she showed us the entire urbanization and the apartment, giving us the indications perfectly. Thank you repeat for sure

Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well-equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a nice view of the sea but especially on the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbors. It is a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

We have been to playa vera many times and can say that this apartment is among the best. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Great beach location to enjoy a swim in the sea before breakfast. The terrace offers sun from morning to evening. Also possibilities for shade are sufficiently available. Very well maintained apartment, best communication with Nicolas. We thank you for the trust and wish you a repeat.

The apartment was fantastic and right on the beach, the location is amazing and we really enjoyed the stay. The instructions were very simple and the apartment was exactly how it is described. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

A little paradise!!! This cozy apartment is located right in front of the sea, where the constant sound of the waves and the sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. It has a simple but charming decoration. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The space is compact but functional. The terrace has a small table, two chairs and a sofa that completes this coastal retreat, ideal for watching the sunset or simply disconnecting.
