Welcome to Glädjens Hus, which has been in the Lindahl family's estate since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had this fantastic house built. Today, there is a balcony that guests share and with views of the inner city and inner harbor. The apartment has 3 rooms and kitchen, of which 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
