Warm welcome to our nice house in the middle of Visby. There is plenty of space for the large family, the company or several families who want to share accommodation, 168m2 divided in two floors, large child-friendly garden with patio deck where you can barbecue, hang out and eat good food. In the driveway, there is room for two cars. It has everything from toys to the kids, to a well-equipped kitchen. About 10 minutes walk to the ring wall, and also walking distance to the commercial area the stone mason. Warm welcome!

Njut av lugnet på landet i detta totalrenoverade hus med ca 10 min både till Visby och till Gnisvärd och Tofta strand. Det är ett perfekt utgångsläge för att upptäcka ön i alla riktningar. Beautiful stone house with sea view and sunset

Vackert stenhus, arkitektritat och anpassat specifikt för tomtens upphöjda läge med magisk utsikt över ängar, åkrar, fiskeläge och hav. Området är mycket populärt bland annat för unikt marklandskap mellan kustklinten och havet. Samtliga golv i betong, inredningen är ljus och med hög kvalité. Stort socialt kök och allrum i öppen planlösning och braskamin. Stort badrum med bastu. Huset har uteplats med matgrupp, solsängar, parasoll, gasolgrill och pizzaugn. Det finns 2 enkla cyklar att låna.

This nice house is 75m² large and located 200m from the sea. To the nearest smaller beach it is 600m. A larger beach beach can be found in the city center 2.3 km from the house. There are 3 bedrooms. One double bedroom with the other two has bunk beds. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Kitchen with all the necessities as well as a large lounge with both sofa group and dining area. No pets.
