Das Apartment war gebsu so wie Dominik es beschrieben hat. Der deutsche Standard war auf jeden Fall gegeben, ich habe nichts missen müssen . Die Aussicht vom Balkonen aus sucht seinen Gleichen, insbesondere der Sonnenuntergang. Auf Nachrichten und Nachfragen (z. B. neue Gallone für den Wasserspender) wurde innerhalb von Minuten bis hin zu wenigen Stunden repariert. Spätestens am nächsten Tag hat sich der Co-Host um die Nachfragen gekümmert. Zu guter Letzten sind die Angebote vom Resort zu empfehlen, besonders für Kinder (Pools & Strand). Die vollumfängliche Nutzung der Resortanlage ist nicht im Buchungdpreis enthalten, ABER Dominik bieten einen Rabatt für die Nutzung der Resortanlage an, ggf. erhält man auch einen sehr sehr hohen Rabatt. Die Lage vom Resprt ist auch für eine Selbstverpflegung optimal. Der Supermarkt ist in wenigen Fahrminuten (Grab, Auto oder Roller) zu erreichen. Wir könnten den Host Dominik und auch den Co-Host Bernd nur empfehlen!

Great communication with Jennifer and the host . The apartment is right on the beach with the great view. The apartment is very well equipped ( kitchen ) . Very good wifi , great restaurant just next door . A few minutes walk to D’mall . I highly recommend this place

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was perfect for our stay. The place itself was peaceful and relaxing, providing the perfect escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable experience!

It looks as expected. I love the design and color choices of the room. It is good enough to enjoy the stay. Everything is working. Good room to have a place to sleep and relax. Owner is friendly and understanding. Suggestion: It would have been better if there were more kitchen and room tools/essentials.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war super, ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

A great place to stay as your temporary home in Tagbilaran City. Feels like home with beauiful veranda and view of the sea. What we also love is we’re able to cook especially Bohol have fresh seafood!! Great value for money. Just make sure to book your transportation in advance..

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

Lovely sunrise . Frequent sightings of sea turtles. Clean waters for swimming / snorkeling. The Karaoke set and LED screen Tv is a sure winner. Leah our caretaker is kind and friendly . Keeps the place clean and neat

A home away from home. The place is nearby good restaurants in the Villa Baybay such as Tatoys, Breakthrough and Stanleys. Near City center - our grab from the airbnb to molo plaza is around 100+ only. Thus location-wise, great steal. The place is comfortable and provides ac in each room and a fan in the living/kitchen. Clean towels and linens, no dusts in the furniture and flooring. Water pressure is good also with bidet in both cr (one in the upper floor and one in the first floor) Plus points is they provided water for us to drink.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Sunsets and Skyline Staycation Cebu’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was very convenient. We really enjoyed our time here it felt like a home away from home. The city view is awesome during the day and especially during nightitime. Highly recommended for people who are WFH because the place already has a working station set up. The interior was also a refreshing sight. It is already equipped with Netflix, Max, Prime Video and Disney+. They also have a coffee making machine where you can make your own coffee. The coffee is already available together with creamer and sugar. Another thing that is nice about the place is that it has a lot of sockets. You will not get bored even if you stay all day in their place coz there are card games and books in the unit. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Will definitely book your place again.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

I love how cozy and spacious the place is. The view outside the unit relaxes your mind and i love how big the pool is as well. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay. The host is very proactive as well when it comes to providing information about the unit.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

We had slight difficulty in entering the condo, the guards were ungreatful BUT the unit was very very clean,organized and peaceful and the location was great. Best unit we've ever stayed
