Though naay jeepneys, but the place is all worth the pay. The pool is awesomeeee together with the view gyud sa gabie. Will book again soon 🧡

Good location.In addition to restaurants and facilities for the resort, there are also shops with local gatherings, so you can enjoy it.There is a bus center and it is also convenient to the main island of Cebu.The room is clean and the pool is comfortable.It is also good that guests can use the private beach for a fee.There were no towels when I entered the room and the safety box didn't work, but as soon as I contacted them, they responded immediately.

The place is situated near Diniwid Beach which is great for people who like to relax. Everything was clean and the mini kitchen was really great, especially if you plan to cook. :) Dexter welcomed us warmly upon checking in and he was always responsive to our needs (just like shampoo and shower gel refills) as we have stayed for 5 days. :) Internet connection was also great for remote working! Will recommend this place surely! <3

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which made every day feel like a true getaway. The hosts were incredibly proactive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and more. A special shoutout to John, the caretaker, who went above and beyond. He picked us up and dropped us off at the port, and even gave us a mini tour of the area, which really helped us settle in quickly and enjoy our time to the fullest. Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We had a great stay in Gen’s place. Really love the whole vibe and peaceful ambiance making us feel right at home. I also commend Ate Marilyn for taking care of us during our whole stay. The place was nice and clean, and the host was responsive and friendly. Its location was convenient, with food spots and coffee shops within walking distance. However, commuting to malls may take around an hour.

The hosts are very quick to respond, helpful and lovely to deal with, the airbnb is in a great location and has everything you need, I am very grateful to have stayed here.

The place is clean and very comfy. It’s just across from Ayala Center Cebu and close to stores and restaurants. The hosts, Ali & Joyce, are very responsive to requests and inquiries. They will even arrange for airport pickup which is very convenient as far as I am concerned. I definitely recommend staying here.

Location and quality is worth the price

The condo unit was very comfortable to stay, Host was very accomodating, She left something in the fridge for us and it was delicious ,my kids really liked it.. this place is highly recommended to other travellers who need a place to stay. This is a wonderful place to stay. The pool is perfectly maintained. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities anyone could ask for. The balcony jacuzzi tub is also a very nice touch. It was a very, very perfect experience and I love everything here.Although there are only two bedrooms, the living room has a spacious double bed for use.The host was very kind and went out of his way to facilitate us.It is a 3-minute walk from the white beach, and the kitchen utensils are more complete than my home.It was just perfect, my family and I couldn't afford to leave and would stay here again if we had another chance to come to Boracay.
