Holiday rentals with a pool in Visayas

Stayed 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice clean pool to cool off in. Easy access to amenities. Very safe in a walled/gated area. Beautiful spot.

Ocean Luxx provided us a home away from home. The house was very clean. The gift basket was really nice and sweet. Loloy was very helpful in assisting us finding rides and anything that we needed. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was great. My family enjoyed the karaoke machine. We also enjoyed the pool and the sunsets by the pool. We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

I would definitely use this Airbnb again when in the area, it has the privacy of a home with convenience of service from the resort next door.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

My friends and I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive. check-in was super easy. The location was convenient and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend this spot and would happily stay here again.

We're just visiting Cebu for our vacation but Cebu felt like home when you're staying here. Very responsive hosts, friendly, and has clear and easy to follow instructions. Amenities were great especially for the price we booked it.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Robert’s place was very clean and welcoming. Responds to messages very quick, amazing view from the window. Very much recommend giving Robert’s place a try.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

From check-in to check-out, this place was nothing more than highly recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you are close to pretty much everything and the accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean. All this at an extremely reasonable price. 10/10

Booked this condo for my family as it was right across my parents condo. Condo amenities included gym and a nice infinity pool with an awesome view but too bad we were too busy to take a dip. Apartment was clean and everything was in order, the only improvement I would suggest slightly thicker blankets than what is currently available. Otherwise my family had a pleasant stay and we would want to come back and stay again for our next trip.
