Upon booking we just had simple expectation considering the rate, but we are very happy to see a very homey place in a quite neighborhood and place is nice and decent. the experience is just like arriving at your own home. great value for money and all amenities mentioned are available. you also get to experience private and undisturbed stay.. might prefer staying her at our future Tagbilaran trips. convenient location, nearby everything but without the usual city noise. we highly recommend!

Hans & Marielle are lovely people and made our stay really enjoyable. We felt at home. And their 3 daughters are so adorable. The place was in a quiet area, walking distance from te main road. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We recommend this place if you want to enjoy the good things Dalaguete has to offer, like Osmeña Peak and Tinko beach. It’s a nice and quiet place. Clean and tidy, Mam rose is also very accommodating. Over all experience is worth it especially its very affordable. Just be-careful of the entrance going down if you’re bringing a car, it might hit the bottom of the uneven surface.
