Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Visayas

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus and made coming and going super convenient. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even easier. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable place to stay.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

Really enjoyed our stay at Rene’s airbnb! Prime location, near most of the places we wanted to visit. Rene is also a very accommodating and helpful host, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The unit is also complete with towels, fresh water, and even slippers. The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Mia & Paul’s 2BR condo unit at Avida Riala in IT Park, Cebu. Mia & Paul were excellent hosts—very responsive, friendly, and professional. The entire transaction was smooth and hassle-free, with clear and timely instructions provided throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a late evening flight. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The air conditioning units worked perfectly, the space was clutter-free, and the linens and towels were fresh and clean—just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also a big plus. It’s within walking distance to Ayala Malls Central Bloc in IT Park, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There’s are convenience stores and bakery just across the building, and the bus station and Sugbo Mercado food court are also close by—very convenient! Highly recommended, and would love to stay here again on our next Cebu trip.

Everything was great! Only thing that was disappointing was that I was not able to use the gym which I was looking forward to as many of the small hotels I visited traveling around Southern Cebu did not have a gym. There was a photo of the gym in the listing although it was not listed as an amenity I assumed (my fault) that it was available. It is only available to long term guests and residents. Regardless, it was a nice stay and really appreciated the washer that had a dryer function!

The hosts are very quick to respond, helpful and lovely to deal with, the airbnb is in a great location and has everything you need, I am very grateful to have stayed here.

I had an amazing stay at this unit in Mactan Newtown! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beachside getaway. With three air conditioners, staying cool in the 30°C heat and humidity was never an issue. After long days at the beach, having a washing machine and drying rack in the unit was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was a great bonus too — perfect for prepping snacks and meals before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Mactan!

We stayed at Zenith’s for over two weeks, and all I can say is that it was one of the most stress-free airbnb space I have ever been! It had everything you could possibly need. The washing machine broke down before we came in and Zenith basically told us that she will have our clothes washed for us. Jhonabel was also very accommodating and very easy to ask questions to. The place itself was very well located with a lot of great restaurants basically walkable from the area. No complaints, highly recommended place!

We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. A means of locomotion is required (scooter or car), but the situation is nevertheless very good. Special mention for the small restaurant a short walk to the house, where lunch is excellent. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Siquijor.

I booked Jay's place for my entire family, and we all loved it! The home was very nice and cozy, spacious and comfortable. The location was private and peaceful as well. Jay is an awesome host! Checking in was a breeze, and he cheerfully agreed to our checkout request. We’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!

Ate Cherry’s is very responsive and friendly. Maganda rin ang place and malapit talaga sa SM. The room is worth the price.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Top notch! Regularly cleaned, towels and sheets changed. Clear instructions and info. Studio was nice and in a fairly new building. Would definetely stay there again if I'm in town.

The unit has a cozy and welcoming vibe that instantly made my whole family feel at home. There were six of us, and the space was still more than enough for everyone to move around comfortably.
