Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Visayas

The place was as described. Nice and spacious, fit for big groups. It was located only a few minutes away from Cebu IT park and commuting to and out of the place is no hassle since the PUV terminal is nearby. The way in is quite steep and narrow but it was disclosed beforehand. There was a bit of challenge in managing the toilet situation since there was only one and there's ten of us. There was no hassle in showers though since there were three. I do not suggest using or drinking from the water dispenser. The water tasted plastic-y. Outlets and sockets were abundant and conveniently located. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the Royal Crowne Residences. The host answered the queries beforehand and gave good instructions. Staff were present and helpful.

Hosts are extremely friendly! Location is about 50 meters off main road (White Island area) so your near everything but you don’t hear any noise (including chickens) which is great. Was looking for house with large open area since there were 6 of us it was spacious enough to not feel crowded! One bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably so that’s a plus! Owner also helped with transportation and has nice new motorbikes for rent. Owner has the nicest (and cleanest) dogs I’ve seen in the Philippines and they were a joy to see everyday. Bella the small Golden Retriever is sweet as can be! Kitchen has everything you’d want for cooking (except a microwave). Bathroom is large and clean (no hot water). Overall if you have 4 people or more and want some bonding (family time) Rocky’s Homestay is idea especially considering the location.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to MJ Square, restaurants, and Kota Beach. The caretaker was super friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, plus the water pressure was great. A couple of things to note: it would be helpful if the place was registered on Waze or Google Maps, as it was a bit tricky to find at first. The landmarks provided weren't very well-known to locals. Also, the bed sheets didn't fit well and came off easily, and the pillows were quite thin with only one provided per guest. Despite these minor issues, which I hope they'll fix, this place was perfect overall. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient stay!

정말 완벽한 숙소입니다. 특히 5, 6가족이 함께 하는 여행도 충분히 커버됩니다. 바다쪽 뷰는 매일 아침 다른 아름다운 모습을 보입니다. 우리 모두는 하루하루 지날때마다 숙소에 더욱 감동하였습니다. 음식을 조리해서 먹기도 좋습니다. 또 냉장고에는 세븐일레븐 가격과 비슷한 가격으로 맥주와 소프트드링크를 구비해놔서 좋았습니다. 잠시 시끄러운 세상에서 벗어나 나 자신을 찾는 여행을 하고싶다면 이곳을 정말 추천합니다.

It was a truly relaxing stay. The place is very nice. All things that you will need during your stay were provided without even asking for it. The host are very accommodating, they allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier that the listed time. They even assisted us in securing transport for our country side tour. Will surely recommend to our family and friends who will visit Panglao island. Thanks Nenita and her sister Susan for hosting and assisting us.

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. A big thanks.

Jefax's place is in a great location—close to Starbucks, McDonald's, and 7/11, which made it super convenient for quick meals and coffee. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we hoped, and the sink drain had a small leak. Despite these minor issues, the price was very affordable, so it was still a decent stay overall!

Awesome house feel like home. The place is pin a private area make the place more safe. The host was really responsive and help is getting us what we needed. Definitely will bring my family back and stay here if I visit Cebu again in the future.

The place was very clean and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. The view of the city from the unit was beautiful, and the pool was a great bonus—clean and very usable during our stay. The host was responsive and replied quickly to any questions, which made things smooth and easy. The only downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise in the mornings and afternoons. Still, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay—will surely come back!

My 6 days of stay was really awesome. The place is quite, clean and the location is perfect as what i was expecting - away from busy streets and people. Foods serve was authentic and delicious -kudos to the daughter of the owner and the cook herself. The owner treated with care from the moment I arrived in odiongan port until he accompanied me back to the port. When I get back, I will surely book the same place. And ohh, the driver of Paul(Pablo) was also good to be with and able to provide me glimpsed of the island. Looking forward to visit you once again . Jedinečné místo s jedinečnými lidmi. Doporučuji všem kdo si chce užít klid a nádhernou pláž s korálovým útesem. Toto místo není moc turisticky vyhledávané a budete mít možnost poznat skvělé místní lidi. Stávili jsme na tomto nádherném místě 79 nocí a vždy se budeme rádi vracet. Doporučuji zůstat minimálně 1 měsíc, protože toto místo vám krásně vyčistí hlavu. Hostitel Simon rád ve všem poradí, půjčí motorku. Místní rybáři vám denně přinesou čerstvé ryby, kalamary, chobotnice, mušle a krevety. V místním malém obchůdku koupíte běžné potraviny. Grilovaná ryba při západu slunce je skvělý zážitek. Navštívilo nás při našem pobytu několik našich přátel kterí byli nadšení. Simonovi psi nás doprovázeli při procházkách po pláži ..

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise.
