Family-friendly resort in a central location to all that Williamsburg has to offer. Very spacious rooms.

Outstanding. We were looking for a place to shelter with my 88-year-old mother while renovations were in progress. An unexpected amenity was a bathroom with a seat and grab bars. As far as I can tell, this is the only Airbnb in the area that doesn’t require going up steps and has three bedrooms. Check-in is easy, like a hotel, and it is obvious that professionals clean it. It was spotless. They do not send maids in during your stay, which reduces the COVID-19 risk. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. There are train tracks next to the hotel, but there seems to be very good insulation, and this apartment is on the sixth floor, so we just found the graffiti art on the trains entertaining. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I hope the host features the handicapped access of this Airbnb

Rob and Julia were super responsive and accommodated our last minute booking. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious for our family of six. The facility overall was well maintained and good with guests. They were particularly conscientious about covid protocols to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately that meant some of the amenities like the gym and restaurant weren't reopened yet but that will surely change in coming months. So if you're looking for a decent, family friendly spot for a few days, this is definitely good option.

Great location near Metro stop and King Street Trolley. We enjoyed the snacks offered at the front desk and laundry facility on the same floor was helpful.

Great property to visit with a family. There are a plenty of amenities to keep us occupied in addition to it being very close to Williamsburg. Very family friendly experience and would absolutely book again if visiting the area again.

Wonderful resort with plenty of things for my family to do the heated outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable.

Rob and Julia were very responsive through the booking process. Their place is spacious and clean. We enjoyed staying at this resort which offers many amenities and is the perfect place to stay when visiting the different historical sites and/or Busch Gardens.

We had a great stay in Williamsburg, VA. Everything went as planned and the host did a great job getting us checked in and was easily available if needed. He also went out of his way to make sure we didn't get pressured into a sales pitch. My only comments are regarding the actual resort - it is a bit dated and they didn't give us blankets or part of the coffee maker. We had to call down to get these and then we also had to call to get the shower unclogged (it was not draining the first time we used it). The staff fixed all these issues quickly though. Would 100% stay at his properties again. Thank you!
