Holiday rentals with a patio in Vinišće

Een fijn, ruim en modern appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Er is overal aan gedacht, om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam 😊. Het centrum van Trogir is een kleine 15 minuten lopen, dat vonden wij een prima afstand. Wij hebben genoten!

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

We reached out to explain we were arriving earlier than check in time. They couldn’t make any promises but recommended dropping luggage at a “Bounce”. It turned out the day of they reached out as the home was ready at 2pm which worked out for us. It was clean and offered a washer and dryer. Much slower than we are used to in the states but appreciated the dryer feature. We liked everything it offered. Thank you.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d une semaine chez Ana ! Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Het huis ligt ideaal, je kan naar de openbare stranden met barretjes om de hoek lopen, de bus naar Trogir nemen ook om de hoek en met de auto rij je zo naar Trogir (5 minuten naar het grote parkeerterrein). Zeker in het voorseizoen leuk want dan is Trogir nog niet te druk en zijn er om de hoek al juist wat barretjes en restaurantjes open. Avond wel alles vroeg dicht in mei toen wij er waren. Je moet na 21.00 voor een ijsje naar Trogir. Onze host was zeer vriendelijk en relaxt. Je loopt zo de zee in, de tuin ziet er heel gezellig uit, lavendel en rozen. Vooral het terras is echt geweldig!! Lekkere ligstoelen, mooie parasols en eetmeubilair ook top. Verder was alles schoon en strak maar toch gezellig ingericht met mooie complete keuken. De bedden heerlijk, alleen de badkamer is wat klein maar voldeed prima. Wij hebben genoten.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Die Unterkunft entspricht komplett der Beschreibung, man sitzt mitten im Olivenhain und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Wer Ruhe genießen möchte und dazu noch einen perfekten Sternenhimmel haben möchte, ist hier komplett richtig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ein großes Highlight ist der Grill und der Hauseigene Gemüsegarten an dem man sich bedienen kann. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und wir werden jede Möglichkeit nutzen um nochmal wiederzukommen.

The sea-view apartment from Goran is just perfect and wonderful! We stayed with the family and enjoyed it very much. The view is stunning and the apartment is very clean and perfectly air conditioned. We have an electric car and could nicely charge quickly and economically at hotel Ola just 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed the great beaches and the beautiful city of Split which is quite close. Goran is a very kind and helpful host. Any time again, very much recommended.

Mateo was very nice and friendly. He made us felt like home. We even made friends with some locals. We shall definitely rent from Mirko again. ☺️

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

A truly beautiful place in Podstrana, the highest house in the location it’s set in, we have felt incredibly lucky to spend ten days at Vinko’s lovely home. The view and terrace space is so beautiful, we didn’t feel like we needed to go and fill our days with activities because it was such an incredible place just where we were! We managed with taxis when we went for meals, never spending more than £10 to visit Split. Vinko was so helpful with recommendations from prior to our arrival all the way through to the end. The inside of the property has everything you need, the space is limited inside but this suited us as we were outside most of the time anyway. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking a little luxury and relaxation.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

Très bon accueil de Goran et nous a fait visiter lui même l’appartement. Petit mais très bien équipé avec grille pain et balcon. Sommes à 1 heure de marche du centre historique mais navette gratuite 4 fois par jour à 3 minutes ou autobus tout près. Très tranquille! Nous avons adoré.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Toll ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben, sehr schön, groß und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass Basics zum Kochen vorhanden waren (Öl, Gewürze). Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, sehr schnell und nett.
