Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vinišće

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

Antón welcomed us very well, explained how the house works and gave us tips on what to visit in the surroundings. Always willing and friendly. - We live quiet and delicious days in this house. I want to draw attention to the kitchen on the balcony: I loved cooking there, overlooking the sea. - As we were looking for tranquility and privacy, we hit the jackpot. We chose days of rest, but also to visit more touristy cities: we visited Split 2x while staying at the house (about 1 hour drive). Definitely one of the best experiences for us on Airbnb❤️.

Nina’s place was an absolute treasure - from arranging transfer from the airport to being met at the location, it was very smooth sailing with instant, friendly communication along the way. And the place itself was better than we’d even hoped: charming, clean, and supremely comfortable (the bed was out of this world, we slept great). I could go on and on with superlatives, but suffice it to say: absolutely a great stay, with nothing left to be desired. A fabulous launching pad to explore Split, we had such a wonderful time, thanks to Nina and Marina and all, we hope to come back and we would choose this place again in a heartbeat. Beautiful and quiet accommodation in a mountain village 10 minutes from Primosten with a great pool.

Luka was really helpful & the location was great. Villa was spotless & perfect for our trip for 4 people.

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, though there are many steps from the bus stop to the door and up more stairs inside the unit. Best to pack lightly for this place. The A/C was a lifesaver, space was glorious and the washing machine was a big help for our 3 week journey. We LOVE Trogir and everyplace we visited in Croatia. The booking etc. couldn’t have been easier or more efficient.

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

We really enjoyed our time at Toni's beach house. The location is nothing short of stunning. We were travelling with our two small children, and while the room is very cozy, it was perfectly manageable. The outdoor area is great, and it's literally 5 steps to the beaches on either side of the house. It's a short but steep walk through a pine forest from the private parking spot, so it's best to pack light. Toni kept in touch throughout our stay and was very helpful. We're already thinking about going back to Marušići!

We had a lovely time in Split. The apartment is easy to access and right int he centre. It is clean and bright and a great place to relax after a hot day.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

We stayed for 4 nights and really could have stayed many more. The place is well equipped, everything you need . Great kitchen, bathroom, living area and very comfortable bed. The absolute highlight is the terrace ( and several turtles ) with beautiful plants , plenty of seating and lounging options. The view across to the coast and beyond is amazing. Jelena has obviously put a lot of work and love into this place and we felt vey lucky to be able to stay there. All in all a fantastic place.

The apartment including the kitchen and the terrace is great. It would also be super quiet (no crowds) if there weren't so many construction sites around. It is a bay with good acoustics and it felt like there was constant drilling and flexing somewhere. But the landlord can't help it.
