Beachfront holiday rentals in Vinišće

Huis Robinson is heerlijk. Alles was er in een vorm van simplicity die je al heel snel tot rust brengt. De zee voor de deur, Jere en Gordana die ons met wat lekkers en een glimlach ontvingen, de olijfgaard en de privacy zijn onvergetelijk. Het terras met zitje is super, goede stoelen, lekker bed en een heel uitgebreide keuken met zelfs een blender! En het zonnescherm (de wing) om bijnier strand in de schaduw te zitten ook als het waait is een super uitvinding. Heel erg bedankt voor de leuke dagen in jullie mooie huis, we voelden ons inderdaad even Robinson en Co😉.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Logement avec une magnifique piscine et une vue à couper le souffle, Les hôtes étaient d’une extrême gentillesse, on recommande le menu proposé par Toma (avec le poisson grillé ainsi que les légumes grillés au barbecue), un pur délice à prix imbattable,

Tolle Terasse mit Blick Richtung Meer (aber auch zur Straßenseite), sauberes, großes Apartment und nur kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Außerdem schön großer Privatparkplatz und super freundliche Gastgeberinnen :)

Alenka ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Appartment ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist ebenfalls genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, mit reichlich Liegen und stets sauber. Außerdem gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Das Haus liegt an der Strandpromenade, auf der man zu mehreren Restaurants kommt, oder wenn man möchte zu Fuss bis zur Altstadt in Trogir. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Toni – zuerst im Penthouse mit Whirlpool, dann eine Etage tiefer in der größeren Wohnung. Beide Unterkünfte waren sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, die Aussicht top. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, Toni hat uns freundlich empfangen, Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten und das Haus ausführlich gezeigt. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool und der Gemeinschaftspool waren super – überall konnte man ungestört entspannen. Der Parkplatz war gut erreichbar, und dank des privaten Wegs über Tonis Grundstück war man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ohne diesen Weg hätte man deutlich länger gebraucht. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. In Tonis Airbnb fühlt man sich wie zu Hause – es ist an alles gedacht, und Toni sorgt dafür, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Cette maison est un véritable coin de paradis ! Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille, et tout était absolument parfait ! Les chambres sont confortables, la maison dispose de 3 salles de bains, ce qui est très pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée. La terrasse avec piscine donne directement sur la mer! La vue est splendide ! L’environnement est calme. Vedrana s’est montrée très gentille et réactive dans nos échanges. Nous aurions aimé rester bien plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons ! C’est une des plus belles expériences airbnb de ma vie ! MERCI !

The best Airbnb I've stayed in. The villa was flawless, and exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent, with near instant responses from both the Airbnb booking company, and our amazing host Ružica. Ružica was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond, being very flexible for checking-in and out. The location was very convenient, and while easier with a car, you could definitely get by without. There’s a nice beach a short walk away, a few different restaurants along the coast, and Trogir and Split airport are only 10 minutes away. The house itself is well equipped with everything you could need including: beach towels, bath robes, wine fridge, coffee & ice machines, BBQ and all rooms had an ensuite, individually controlled AC, and super king beds (two separable singles). All the rooms are stunning, the house was clean and well organised. Finally, the gorgeous pool, with a constant depth of around 150cm, that fits everyone at once - we wish we had more time there to enjoy it.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aus dem Wonhzimmer und der Terasse ein Traum! Alles war super organisiert und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Andrija war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

Vi var en familie på 10 personer som hadde et flott opphold i huset. Alt stod til forventningene og verten var virkelig påskrudd og imøtekommende. I midten av mai var det svært lite folk og aktiviteter i området, og alt av kiosker og barer langs stranden var stengt (bortsett fra shooko og naboen). Det var litt vel langt å gå til butikken for å handle varer og litt i overkant langt å gå til Omis. Vil tro det er mer aktivitet og muligheter i høysesongen:) Ellers er flott hus vi koste oss veldig i.

Ankica was very friendly even though I could not speak Croatian she understood what I said. she was very helpful and let us access the property early. the property is great for what we needed. and is so close to all the amenities. excellent host and I would definitely recommend if you want a simple and relaxing beach stay.

Ante was hosting he was helpful, responsive and the apartment was outstanding in terms of location cleanliness and facilities. We both paddle boarded, kayaked and snorkelled, all part of the stay. The beach, right in front of the property was stunning, calm, aquamarine and clear, saw many fishes and it’s safe to swim. Would highly recommend. You need a car and make sure you visit Trogir and Primošten and Rogoznica is great for dinner, a bit closer but parking is limited there. Another must is Krka National Park with its wonderful hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely return! Sharon & Tim

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer malerischen Bucht. Besonders toll ist der eigene Ponton mit Liegestühlen und Schirm direkt am Meer. Das Meer befindet sich einen kurzen, steilen Abstieg von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Empfang durch Jelenas Eltern war äußerst herzlich. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Rozana y su esposo Vedran, nos estaban esperando cuando llegamos , nos mostraron la casa y sus instalaciones , está todo recién remodelado y se nota el amor que han puesto a su hogar, las instalaciones son espectaculares, los dos jacuzzis uno interior y el otro en una terraza son increíbles para qué decir el sauna, lo disfrutamos mucho, si de verdad quieres descansar y relajarte , es el lugar ideal, está cerca de Trogir que es hermoso como a 10 minutos en auto y también puedes visitar split 35 minutos, lugares con ruinas romanas y medievales muchos de los lugares fueron locaciones de la serie The game of Thrones, lo pasamos realmente increíble, todo él tiempo Rozana y Vedran estuvieron pendientes de que nuestra estadía fuese lo mejor, nos recomendaron lugares para visitar, en fin Hicimos nuevos amigos en Croacia, definitivamente volveremos

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!
