Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Vindö

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! It is a very cute house with a vintage style, full of collection details (decor , accessories etc) and many rooms, each with a lot of personality. The environment is very cute and quiet, next to the forest. Including a daina showed up and sat in the garden of the last one that is beautiful. Its situation is perfect if you also want to know the environment of Stockholm as it is 15 minutes away by car or public transport, which is a lot in prp from each (metro and train).

We had a very nice stay at Robert’s place for Christmas. The cottage is very cute and clean, and even had a Christmas Tree to make it extra cozy. Really recommend !

A beautiful typical Swedish house as we wished. Fantastic location with a great view. We felt right at home. The child and dog were also very enthusiastic. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Due to the annex, you really have plenty of space and the property is very large with many small places where you can enjoy the view and unwind. It's just a 2-minute walk to the water and the bathing jetty. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes by car and Stockholm about 1 hour. We were there for 2 weeks and will be back for sure. Thank you to Lars&Lena for the great time in your house.

We had a wonderful time at Harry's place! The views are spectacular and the pictures don't match the real experience. The house is very cozy and all amenities one could need are there. In particular, our children loved the place and the location on the island. There are numerous spots to hide and to explore, several toys for the sea etc etc. Harry was a very responsive and generous host who helped us with all the little issues that we did come up with. We would certainly love to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay at Lars'! The house is very well thought out and very pretty. 👌 We enjoyed spending time there and cooking there. The hill and the surrounding lake are beautiful ✨ The journey to the center of Stockholm is easy by bus and then train. We'll be happy to go back 🤗

The place was gorgeous. Contact with Henrik is always quick and informative. All relevant information will be provided at the time of booking. If you want to take a city trip to Stockholm and live quietly, we can only warmly recommend the accommodation. We were very happy to be guests :-)

We had a wonderful time

Frida was fantastic both before and throughout our stay. Responded quickly and was always flexible with our wishes. The house was beautifully located and had everything you wanted for a girls' weekend. Would love to come back here another time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the tinyhouse and can recommend it to any other traveller. The train ride to Stockholm is very short and easy to handle.

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

We had a nice short stay in the cottage- it was clean and had everything that we needed. The kids enjoyed a splash in the pool

A peaceful and beautiful place - we stayed for five nights and used the sauna and hot tub on a daily basis. The Baltic sea is only a few minute's walk away. Since the sauna is in a separate house, you have lots of space in the actual accommodation. Stockholm is less than an hour away - we used our rental car to get from the premises to our POIs. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. We recommend this place and would come back 👌🏼

Fantastic place to gather the whole big family. Opportunities to socialize and at the same time be able to withdraw when the house offers many peaceful places both outside and inside. Worked perfectly for all of us aged 8-78 years! Mårten is a very helpful host, we felt very welcome. Highly recommended!

Beautiful secluded house, quiet and good connection by public transport

Cecilia's log cabin was the perfect place for my husband and I to retreat to and have a quiet weekend for ourselves. We had everything we needed. She even provided an extra towel which would have been very useful if the weather had been warm enough to take a dip in the sea. There is plenty of hot water to have a bath and enjoy the view of the sea. And the bed - oh it was so comfortable! We both slept well. The view over the sea and islands was peaceful and we loved spotting the local wildlife - fox, deer, hares and lots of birds. It was also easy to go on different walks every day and find new things to look at and delight in. We took a trip to the local bakery Rådmansbageriet and we get why Cecilia recommended it and why it is award-winning. Don't miss this place when you stay at Cecilia's log cabin! This home is the perfect getaway if you want to be surrounded by nature (woods, sea and nearby lakes) and simply slow down body and mind. You will definitely feel refreshed!

Beautiful island house in nature with large terrace, (warm) outdoor shower and outdoor toilet with water views! During the Swedish summer holidays there are numerous ferry connections and on the main island some restaurants, from mid-August at least the Coop. Unfortunately, the beach house is not part of the rental, but a nice large jetty. The house is better accessible by boat than via the forest path.

It was a wonderful and very peaceful place!

We had such a great time at this lovely cottage. We felt at home, the area is so quiet and yet close to a nice cafe, the sea, the grocery store, adventure swimming many hiking trails and not far into Stockholm. Ann-Kristin and Ragnar helped with everything we needed and made the stay so cozy. Thank you for everything, we would love to come back.

The perfect little cabin in charming Dalarö. Our family enjoyed four peaceful days here watching our daughters play in the yard, taking evening strolls around the cute town and sipping wine with beautiful waterfront views. Pia is very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!
