Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vimmerby Municipality

Wonderful cottage! We were two families with small children who stayed there over a weekend in connection with a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World. Shining clean and fresh, fully equipped cottage with everything you needed and a little more. 🌟 Elin as a host is helpful and made sure we felt welcome. Highly recommend a visit here! We will gladly come back more times 🤸🥰

Cozy and spacious house in a lovely environment in the countryside among pastures and forest. We stayed with three kids who had a great time. About 35 minutes into Astrid Lindgren's World 👍🏻

Good and large accommodation with many bedrooms and extra beds. We were two families totaling 10p and could fit smoothly. Homemade cake was waiting for us when we got there and the morning after we also got eggs from Maria. Got a little miss with information how to get in, but that's what happens and it worked out in the end. But on the whole, we are all very satisfied. There was simply what you needed:)

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

A spacious and well-equipped accommodation in nice condition and in a quiet environment but still with only 25 minutes walk to Astridlindgren's world and barely half of that to grocery stores etc. The large driveway and cozy little home cinema gave a little extra edge.

What we were looking for: A relaxing time in Sweden. What we found: A "home away from home". We felt comfortable from the first moment. The cottage is lovingly and cozy. A wonderful place for relaxing days in Sweden with great activities in the area for children. The garden is beautiful for a relaxing time in the hammock or a round of kicking and playing in the sandbox. Micha and Katja were great hosts who welcomed us warmly and helped us with tips and information. We would come back anytime!

Super cozy cottage in a quiet rural environment! Perfect for families with children as the plot is fenced! There were swings, a trampoline and other fun outdoor activities! Inside, it is spacious and fresh, and there are good toys and games for all ages! We will gladly come back and can highly recommend this to others! They are about 18 minutes away from Astrid Lindgrens home! ♥️

A lovely home and an emphasis that clearly and quickly communicates at questions, etc.

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

An incredibly large and beautiful apartment, with a super nice bathroom, large and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment even has a pool table, 2 seating areas and a dining table that matched the number of people. We were 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space, both in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen. I have stayed in a hotel room, etc. with overall less space than there is in the bathroom, which is more like a ballroom, with a 2-person jacuzzi, a delicious shower niche and even a large sauna. Frida is very helpful, thoughtful and kind. Absolutely recommended for a trip with the family in Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world.

Large and nice house with everything we needed. A little worn but nothing that affects safety or function. Great location to get to Astrid Lindgren's world, Kvills National Park and swimming areas. There wasn't much to do in the Gold Ring but it didn't matter. I would love to stay again.

We had a very nice stay at Matte's place. The house has everything you need and more😊. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was shown to us in detail.

We had a wonderful time in Johan's house. The house and garden are very large and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. Johan and Anna were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful! We felt very comfortable!

Perfect place for visiting Astrid Lindgrens värld

We (family with two adults and two children) spent an extended weekend in Frida's lovely home, which was our base while we were in Astrid Lindgren's World. Everything worked perfectly, easy and quick communication both before and after. If we come back to Vimmerby, we are happy to stay here again. Clear recommendation from here!

Family friendly villa to stay at and enjoy the property.

Åsa's house is very charming, with a lovely conservatory where you can sit and enjoy yourself when it rains, lots of games for the garden and nice kitchen all the room. There were fresh flowers when we arrived and Åsa was very flexible with respect to special wishes. Åsa is a very attentive host and the house had everything you need in a home. A warm recommendation from us.
