Madeleine is great host and very responsive , it is a beautiful home in a good locality , metro station and bus station are at a walkable distance . We had a wonderful experience.

Very cozy apartment. Nicely decorated with art and practically furnished. We have experienced our stay pleasantly and comfortably. The location was close to several metro stations. There was also plenty to do in the neighborhood. We were happy with the list of recommendations; the bakery and the fish restaurant were both delicious! I would definitely recommend this apartment at this location!

Great apartment - so comfortable, modern and lovely. We had a great time and always looked forward to getting back indoors after sight-seeing. Adrien is a great host - attentive, responsive, friendly and flexible. The bakery close to the apartment is brilliant - great value, selection and also halal. The area itself is modest and not as developed but the proximity to line 12 meant we were never too far from the main attractions in Paris. Would recommend.

Pierre‘s apartment is really cute and stylish, its easy to access different metro stations and its just a little walk to the Canal St Martin which is a very nice area and 45min walk to le Marais or an even shorter walk to Montmartre. So i think the area is really good for a Paris trip and i would recommend staying at Pierre‘s apartment.

Lila's apt is as she describes it -- very comfortable & large & convenient. At first, you have no idea how many good restaurants there are nearby, but once you walk to the lovely canal, and even on Lila's side of the canal (right below your living room window), you'll find that there are LOTS of great restaurants, all very reasonably priced. And Lila could not have been a more welcoming or pleasant host. A GREAT stay!

This was a perfect home away from home while we were in Paris to run the marathon! An elevator for our sore legs, a deep bathtub for soaking, coffee and espresso machine for late mornings, a comfortable bed and quiet space near the top floor with beautiful views. Such a relief to feel so comfortable far away from home.

We loved our stay in Adrien’s beautiful apartment - it was so well designed and peaceful despite being in such a busy area (which we also loved - brilliant bars and restaurants nearby). We’d definitely stay again. Super clear communication and very helpful with everything we needed throughout the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. The communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised upon arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again at any time.

In addition to being very well located, the apartment has a balcony with a panoramic view. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decoration is neat, and the neighborhood is simply perfect. Don't hesitate!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing location and view of the Effiel Tower! Totally worth the price. Sophie was an amazing host. Clear instructions and reliable communication. The apartment is easy to get to from the metro. Safe and secure location. Clean and modern apartment. The apartment's balcony was breathtaking. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

The apartment was beautiful, large and had a lot of Parisian charm! It was close to the metro, brassieres and restaurants. The location was great! It only took a few minutes to walk to the metro station and everyone at the nearby businesses was friendly. The beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. There was nothing negative about it. I definitely recommend this airbnb and I would stay there again!

Alain's apartment is beautiful and is perfect to experience Paris like a local. It has everything we needed for our short stay and is served well with public transport and city bike rentals to get around the city. The park nearby is beautiful even in the dead of winter. There is also an incredible bakery downstairs, a fancier one a few minutes walk away and a couple of well stocked supermarkets also a short walk away. Alain is a wonderful host, very proactive in communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

We had an unforgettable birthday evening in this absolutely perfect rooftop apartment! From the first exchanges, the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive: each question received an almost immediate answer. Everything is designed to make your stay easier: a clear and complete user manual, a functional kitchen with dishwasher! A large friendly table, beds are very comfortable and fans in each room, ideal with the heat, well-appointed spaces, and the terrace keeps all its promises! Several seats allow you to create different atmospheres, and the jacuzzi is just exceptional. Everything was in place for a successful evening with friends. We had planned to go to the music festival but... we preferred to stay there! That's to say, the place was perfect... In summary: a unique place, well equipped, and perfectly suited to a festive moment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
