It is located on the second and top floor without elevator access, on the courtyard side, in a very quiet residence. There is a large TV with Canal+, Netflix, Amazon subscription... The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Buttes Chaumont, a 5-minute walk to Canal Saint Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq, a 20-minute walk to La Villette. The neighborhood is very lively and you will find everything you need within 100 m.

Charming 42 m2 apartment, cozy with vintage furniture in the heart of the 19th arrondissement. Ideally located between the most beautiful park in Paris: Buttes-Chaumont and the banks of the Canal de l'Ourq – Quai de Loire. It consists of an entrance with separate toilet and equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with window. Quiet, on a courtyard. The neighborhood is very cute and dynamic, all shops and the metro are at the foot of the building.

Perfect apartment for a short stay in Paris. It is bright, practical, colorful and flowery :) A cat lives there, very quiet and sweet. Important: there is a litter box. And he needs kibble and affection. Well located in the artistic heart of northern Paris, 10 minutes from Parc de la Villette and Parc des Buttes Chaumont. The living room is equipped with a video projector. The building is secure. A bike can be rented, for nice rides in town.

Lovely flat close to the parc & Canal Saint Martin

Come to visit a typical area of Paris. It’s a place where you can find local restaurants and cafe. It’s also nice just to hangout and be around parisiens. Just take a drink cosily seatting in a cafe and do one of our favorite sport : look at the people passing from. With a big park just around the corner you will find some fresh air and if you like dogs it’s a doggy place. Enjoy !

Pretty Cocon In the Quartier Des Buttes Chaumont

We are just back from a fabulous week in Paris. Anthony’s place made a great base for exploring the city. A fantastic range of shops downstairs - two supermarkets, two great greengrocers, excellent bakery and cheese shop. A short walk up the street to a beautiful park - fantastic restaurant in the park as well as a waffles/crepe cabin. 5 mins stroll down the street to nearest metro to get anywhere (Jaures) - we bought a week ticket on the App, also a very cool music venue and bar by the canal - Point Éphémère - and unexpected Maximo Park gig was a real treat. Perfect little kitchen for simple cooking - great size fridge/freezer. Bed super comfortable, shower excellent and plenty of storage. Tiny lift helpful to get bags up to 4th floor also good if there stairs are a bit much after a long day of exploring. There is a projector and screen if you should want to put up your feet with a movie at the end of the day.

Had such a fantastic couple nights here. Guénaelle looked after us so nicely and catered to all our needs, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. The room was lovely and quiet, slept great in the bed and the balcony was gorgeous. Getting in and out of the apartment was a breeze and it was in a great location to get the subway anywhere. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Yves & Soraya had amazing communication from the moment we booked the accommodation. They were incredibly kind and very helpful throughout the stay. Had a lovely stay. Flat was immaculate and very homely. Would recommend! Will definitely be staying here again when I return to Paris!
