Charming and Peaceful house, 5 min from Avignon...

It is a very old little house which was part of the abbey in the Middle Ages. It was the monk ancient independant cell who was in charge of the vegetable garden of the monastery. In order to reach it, you must go through the monumental portal of the monastery in the little street where the workshops of the Chartreuse are located! It is available from April 1st till October 31st (during winter, the guests travel themselves to discover the world with Airbnb. fr of course!)

Anne-France was a perfect hostess, the instructions on the house very clear, the ideal accommodation for 2 and especially extremely quiet, very well equipped and very clean. Tasteful decor. An important asset, the air conditioning works perfectly and has a very discreet 'quiet' function for a bedroom. To be chosen without hesitation.

So open roomy and comfortable. Linda was very accommodating with checking in and out. The patio is great for a happy hour, or morning coffee. The 5 bus is very convenient to go to Avignon and the town is within walking distance. If you’re there on Saturday, the largest antique flea market is not to be missed and don’t put off getting the oysters and shrimp or you’ll miss out. A wine store down the street is a knowledgeable place. All in all a great place to stay.

Quiet little cocoon with garden – near Avignon

Floriane and Samuel created a really nice gem. The cosy house is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is more than well equipped and the private garden is completely fenced - perfect for dogs. We had a great time at their place and enjoyed sharing the garden with Rocco, the turtle. Avignon is super close, nearby also Luberon or Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We hope to come back once again. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Great location to visit Avignon, bus across the street. Every 20 minutes to Avignon, where you will be standing in front of the Palais des Papes within 15 minutes. Villeneuve itself is certainly worth a visit, you can walk into the historic center in 5 minutes. Baker there as well. The house has everything.
