Great stay in this nice, well-equipped studio, perfectly located in the heart of the Citadel district. Everything can be done on foot even if we had rented a car. Free street parking is possible but there is not always space and the streets are narrow and sloping. We arrived on a holiday and it was impossible to find a place but after calling Dumé he arranged a parking space for us for one night and he was really amazing and efficient. In the studio the view is splendid and with the window closed we no longer heard any noise from outside. We were able to cook as we liked and the air conditioning works perfectly and quickly. The bathroom is also great and the water pressure in the shower is impeccable. Thank you Laetitia and Dumé for this really nice studio and the little attention when we arrived.

Sébastien's accommodation is a small marvel, perfectly located, close to the sea, shops, restaurants etc. The accommodation is ideal, there is everything you need, and also very good for a 2 and a half year old child. The sunny terrace and its barbecue won us over!! Sébastien was very available and accommodating, thank you again, thanks to you we had a wonderful vacation! We'll be back! Ideal accommodation for two people. Very well located near St Florent (shops) with a superb view of the sea. The possible access to the beach on foot is an undeniable plus. Very quiet residence. The accommodation is well-equipped. The air conditioning was very much appreciated at night during this period of high heat. Clean accommodation. Very well located apartment, in the city center, a short walk from Place Saint Nicolas and the old port. Ideal for discovering Bastia. The apartment is very well equipped and clean and has beautiful sea views. Additionally, the host is very responsive. The only downside is the lack of elevator (5th floor and irregular steps). Recommended for a stay in Bastia.

Wonderful stay in June 2025 We had a great stay at Emma's house. The accommodation is very well maintained, tastefully furnished and well equipped – ideal for relaxing holidays. The quiet location near the beach was perfect for us. Emma is a very friendly and attentive hostess. Absolutely recommend – we'd come back anytime!

A delightful place to stay. The property is well equipped and very peaceful. It is quite isolated so a car is essential.

We felt like we had landed in a little paradise. The accommodation with a spacious terrace is absolutely enchanting and the small gazebo overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. Communication with Pascal was super good and very fast. If we go to Corsica again, we will definitely stay here again.😊

We stayed at Laure‘s apartment for 6 nights and it was a great holiday. The house has a very beautiful view of the sea, the area is so peaceful and calm and you have a pretty terrace! The house itself was very modern and new with everything you need (and more). Laure was nice and gave us great recommendations for the area! We had an amazing time at Geoffrey's place! A beautiful home with everything we needed, gave us great recommendations and is a perfect base to know North Corsica. You could walk to the beach through a beautiful walk in a forest and have a nearby beach bar with very reasonable prices and majestic people. The dogs and we have enjoyed it very much, we will certainly come back!

Emmanuel was a super welcoming host, we were also able to meet his dad who is adorable too. We were treated to small touches, bottle of wine, freshly picked lemon and sweets for our son. The place is ideal for discovering Cap Corse. There is a pebble beach within a 2-minute walk where you can see the sunset. I would recommend this place, you can go there without a second thought.

Alice took very good care and always answered immediately. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The only small note: The beach in the pictures is not the one you can reach on foot from the apartment in 5 minutes. This is a pebble beach.

We chose this location for its proximity to Bastia and Cap Corse, and also for its beachfront location. All was true; we were satisfied, able to see Haute-Corse from there and enjoy short swims before or after our voyages. I want to separately comment on the communication with Millie La Conciergerie, which was always quick, meaningful, and respectful.

Anthony's accommodation is in a great location for visiting Cape Corsica and Bastia and is located right in front of the beach. The apartment is very spacious, clean and also equipped with a balcony, the bathroom is spacious and modern, and there is also a parking lot reserved for condominiums. Anthony is a very responsive host, he provided us with precise directions to the accommodation and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Super recommended!
