Close to the ski resorts of La Foux d'Allos and Col de Saint Michel (cross-country skiing, nearly 60 km of marked and groomed trails!)

Charming chalet in a quiet location in the Val d'Allos, all amenities, with views of the mountains and pastures. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Une grande terrasse se situe côté sud du chalet avec table à manger, transats et parasol. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, sans vis à vis.  Proche des stations de skis Seignus et Foux d'Allos.  Sentiers piétons au départ du chalet.

Enjoy this spacious accommodation for families or groups of nature. Here , you can park for free with ease. The apartment has several spaces ideal for groups. You will have a magnificent view of the plains and forests. Southwest exposure you will have sun all day. Just a few minutes walk away you have a convenience store, restaurants, kindergarten. You will be 10 minutes by car from the first station (the seignus).

Located 30 meters from the artificial lake of Beauvezer with 1000 m² of garden, a trampoline, equipped kitchen, 6 beds and a bathroom, it is perfect for a family vacation. In addition, the newly restored tennis courts are located less than a minute from the chalet.
