Holiday rentals in Villareal

We had such a great stay at the lodge traveling with our 4 month old. The main room is very comfortable and the crib worked out well. It also has a fridge in the room. The kitchen is outdoors and well stocked. There is a shared, salt water pool, which is very comfortable. We were also lucky enough to see a family of monkeys passing by one morning. The surroundings in general and stunning and very relaxing. Stephane and Sonia are very welcoming and personable. They had great tips and also served a great (optional) breakfast.

We had an AMAZING stay Casa Mono CR! This place is an absolute gem. To start, the property owners, (Matt & Barri) are extremely nice people. They are easy to work with, super accommodating, responsive and are just good people! As for the property, it was spotless, new and full of amenities. This place has everything you need to be comfortable for any length of stay. The location is breathtaking and the amount of wild animals we saw was so cool. Monkeys, iguanas, geckos, birds, kept us searching for wildlife our entire visit. The pool was also a hit with us. They had great wifi, comfortable beds and so much more. We stayed at three places during our visit to Costa Rica and this place was the best by far! If we ever get back to this beautiful country, this will be the only place I stay. This place was amazing!! From the start Jimmy greeted us, showed us around, gave us the keys and was very very nice! The place itself was in a great location had a cute rooftop view to see the sunrise. Not far at all from the main beach with all the restaurants and all! Would definitely recommend this place!

The hosts, Adriano and Deniz were so gracious and their air bnb is like being at home but with all the amenities! Pool was amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were spa retreats. We enjoyed the daily included breakfast by Shirley. She is kind, easy to communicate with (practice your espanol!), and takes care of the house. Tamarindo is a busy little beach town which you will enjoy during the day…and Casa Duna is the place you will enjoy waking up at in the morning and relaxing in at night.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable and private. Jefrey is an excellent host, he is friendly and accessible. Our stay was in rainy season so the street was in very poor condition, take it into account if you go with a sedan type car, and the villa is a little far from the village where you can buy groceries. Leaving this aside, it is a place that is totally worth visiting.

Anytime we had a question or request, they replied almost instantly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their attentiveness made everything so smooth and hassle-free, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Tamarindo, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. We’ll absolutely be booking again — and we couldn’t recommend it more!

If you are looking for a unique Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. The house backs up to a rainforest, where you will enjoy indoor/outdoor living, encounter Howler monkeys swinging from the trees, birds chirping, the sound of rain falling against the leaves. And yes there were a few critters, but that was to be expected, especially since we visiting during the beginning of the rainy season. The beds are cozy and the house is less than 10 minutes from town, the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and made great recommendations. Our experience was definitely memorable.

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!
