After gettjng married locally later we switched to this Airbnb to be closer to the center of town to enjoy Tamarindo and it was so amazing! My husband and I are hoping to somehow make our own home like this! It really is outside living in Such a beautiful setting! And they gave us such a beautiful welcome and were so easy to talk to for anything!!! It really was so magical and felt just like the true Costa Rica home we wanted 😍

Emily and Florent were super nice and helpful, we felt welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is perfect, a nice spot so sit outside, a comfortable bed and a kitchen with everything you need. It was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. The beaches are very close by, we loved going to see the sunset in the evenings. We can only recommend this place.

I booked this for my friends bachelorette and it was fantastic. Every question we had was answered right away. They even helped us book activities while we were there. It was a 10/10 experience and would definitely stay again :)

The place is as it appears in the photos, a small apartment with everything you need for a good weekend, it is close to everything and is perfect for traveling with pets.

This place was pristine! Whoever designed this home had excellent attention to detail. The landscape has grown in nicely since the pictures were taken so the property was even more beautiful than expected. With no adjacent rear neighbor, the trees, foliage and wildlife behind the home are beautiful. In fact, there is only one home adjacent to the property but and it's separated by a pretty good privacy fence. Loved the small surf town of Playa Grande as well!

The stay at El Pasito was great - clean, private, responsive and on-site host, great location. Caroline made recommendations for diving and massages - would stay here again as the stay was exactly what we were seeking. Jenny B.

casa de la felicidad is a great and beautiful option to stay close to a lot of beaches, very close to playa minas which is one of my favorite beaches in Costa Rica and it has its own private small pool. the hosts are really proactive to let you know of any problem they face and respond quickly to solve them, we had an ant nest and they let us know before we reached the house and took the required measures to solve it. would def recommend the place.

Great place to stay! We loved the jungle feel at casa abejas and the salt water pool was amazing.

The beautiful, private, super-equipped house with new and luxurious finishes. Julieta and Elmer are super friendly and accommodating to our needs. We only stayed one night but we will definitely return.

We’re so happy we found this Airbnb. We had a wonderful stay! Nicole was incredibly hospitable, easy to communicate with, and offered great tips on everything from stores to beaches. The location is just a 10-minute drive outside of Tamarindo, which we really appreciated. It is close enough to enjoy the town, but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle! We missed our dog during the trip so visits from Tiger were the cherry on top! Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Can’t wait to come back

This property is as described and the hosts are friendly, responsive, and good resources. This is a truly unique setting for the area – beautifully landscaped and situated on a ridge with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding hills. We spent more time than anticipated outside at the pool and gazebo watching the bird and monkey activities, especially during sunrises and sunsets. It’s off the beaten path, but an easy drive to many excellent beaches and the more touristy Tamarindo area. The house is designed and decorated exquisitely. Our only knock is that some of the appliances were not fully functioning, but we made do and that’s pura vida. If you like nature in all its forms and appreciate the ebbs and flow of the day, this is a great spot.

We were looking forward a remote location to settle for some months. This was a great sanctuary to be alone and explore the empty beach. The WiFi was very good , even when other local services were unavailable. The neighbour made us delicious food when requested. A great adventure.

I loved the container house! We went to rest with my partner and two dogs and it was amazing. I loved the pool and the deck too much. And I was fascinated by many details of the house, such as kitchen tiles, bathroom, sliding doors. Beautiful quiet place to enjoy and/or rest. I wanted to stay longer, so we'll definitely be back!
