Emplacement très très agréable et très joli, au milieu des Olivers et des pins. logement simple mais tout à fait agréable Piscine très bien entretenue et très calme. Un petit Havre de paix que nous avons quitté avec regret. Salvatore toujours réactif. La dame et son mari qui évolue sur la propriété sont très gentils. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbringen Die Aussicht aufs mehr ist unfassbar schön. Die Besitzer und Antonio der den Check in übernahm waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tipps was Strände Restaurants etc. betrifft Lg Familie König

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

Súper anfitrión, re amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte , el departamento es tal cual lo muestran en las fotos, quizás le falte mejorar algunas cosas como los mosquiteros o utensilios de cocina, pero al final hemos pasado una estancia tranquila .

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt rund um unsere Hochzeit am Strand in Maurizios wunderschönem Haus! Er ist ein toller und vor allem unkomplizierter Gastgeber und war auch immer gut erreichbar. Wir wurden mit einer riesigen Schüssel köstlicher Nektarinen aus dem eigenen Geschäft empfangen und haben viele wertvolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Produkte, die im Geschäft verkauft werden sind köstlich. Wir haben uns vor der Abreise noch mit viel N‘duja, Caciocavallo, Marmeladen und vielem mehr eingedeckt! ❤️ Pool und Garten, sowie das gesamte Haus waren sauber und gepflegt. Danke, lieber Maurizio, dass wir in deinem Haus sein durften! 😍 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Bel appartement très moderne et confortable avec une magnifique terrasse pour profiter de l’extérieur. Résidence dans laquelle on s’y sent très bien avec une belle piscine. Niveau propreté c’était parfait. Le seul petit bémol à noter est qu’il faut prendre sa voiture pour aller à la mer. Carmine est hôte sympathique, réactif et de très bons conseils.

A wonderful villa in beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely time and the pool and figs were magnificent.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia durante le vacanze di Pasqua e ci siamo ritrovati in un vero paradiso, vista unica, casa fornita di tutto il necessario e di più. Abbiamo avuto un po' fresco le prime sere e Sandro ci ha subito portato delle coperte in più e una stufetta. Siamo stat* davvero benissimo, la strada per arrivare può essere un po' difficile a tratti, ma per chi guarda fuori dal finestrino e si gode il paesaggio meraviglioso in cui è immersa..bé la difficoltà passa assolutamente in secondo piano. E devo dire che fatta una volta poi diventa più facile! Come info per chi può essere più sensibile al tema, nelle vicinanze c'è una collina su cui sono installate diverse antenne e ripetitori delle varie compagnie telefoniche. In totale ci sentiamo di consigliarla vivamente, soprattutto per amanti della natura!

Un’intera villa a 8 minuti dal mare , meglio di quanto mi aspettavo, in una posizione tranquilla, dotata di barbecue che abbiamo utilizzato , con la possibilità di mangiare in giardino all’ombra di un pergolato fuori dalla cucina bello bello bello !!!

The view is spectacular. The house is updated and comfortable with the tremendous advantage of a parking place right out front. While it is difficult to explain, the place is private, without being uncomfortably so. It is in an unusual location, buy once you understand the layout of the roads, it is quite easy to find. There is a wonderful little town on the sea that has everything. We found ourselves there quite a bit: both for a stroll and for breakfast or dinner. If you want to explore, the roads are windy in this area of Italy, but awesomely breathtaking. The large beach area directly down from the apartment is beyond beautiful. We had no issues with the house or the area. Loved it. Thank you!

Casa molto accogliente e ben attrezzata. Hoste gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ein sehr nettes, gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus mit zwei großen Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet, auch mit Familie! Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man Blick auf das Meer, der Strand ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, es war sogar für Frühstück gesorgt!

Claudia is a wonderful host. She met us to check in and showed us around. Her home is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. She checked in on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. Her home is in a great location to walk to amenities in the small town of San Lucido. She was accommodating and very responsive.

Posto immerso nella natura incontaminata del pollino, casetta splendida per chi desidera relax e tranquillità, percorsi sul pollino distanti circa una mezzoretta di auto ma bel posto dove rilassarsi e rigenerarsi, Enza super accogliente e gentile, all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta !!!! consigliatissima !!!!

La nostra settimana nella casa vacanza di Pasquale è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso, dove ogni dettaglio è stato curato con amore e attenzione. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort immaginabile. La casa è meravigliosamente attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Dalla cucina ben fornita agli spazi arredati con gusto, ogni angolo della casa riflette la dedizione e la cura dei proprietari. Pasquale e la sua compagna sono persone straordinarie, sempre disponibili e pronte a rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La loro gentilezza e ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Sono stati un vero e proprio punto di riferimento, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza con un sorriso e una parola gentile. Grazie ❤️

The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

Giuseppe was very proactive, kind and helpful. Provided us with useful destinations (beaches, restaurants,..). We felt very welcomed at the place and the overall expirience was a positive one. The parking was sometimes a challenge but we made do. It was a well spent time on a beutiful place. Thank you Giuseppe.

Le logement est adorable et très bien situé si l’on cherche de la tranquillité. Le village de Rocca Imperiales vaut le détour.

First off it the place has a gorgeous view, especially from the upper terrace it's lovely. The village downhill is nice and small with good restaurants and pretty beaches. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed .

Posto ameno, casa colonica molto curata e pulita, posto silenzioso e riposante. Lucia vive con la propria famiglia nella casa vicina, sempre a disposizione all' occorrenza ma rispettando totalmente la privacy degli ospiti. Informazioni, cortesia, doni alimentari nel frigorifero, pulizia, cura dei dettagli, disponibilita' e gentilezza. Grazie ancora per l' ottima e suggestiva esperienza nella caratteristica ed elegante casa colonica, fornitissima di ogni elettrodomestico e prodotto. Disponibilita' di patio e spazi esterni arredati.

J’ai séjourné chez Anton sur la route pour aller de Naples à Reggio di Calabria et tout était parfait. J’ai gentiment été accueillie par la maman d’Anton. L’appartement est très propre, paisible et fonctionnel. Il dispose d’un balcon offrant une très jolie vue et d’un grand lit. Le petit déjeuner inclu est complet et très appréciable quand on ne séjourne qu’une seule nuit. Je recommande sans hésitation.

non solo Maratea........alloggio scelto poiché ottima base anche per escursioni nel verde: non perdetevi il monte Serino o semplicemente il suo laghetto e sorgenti. La casa è pulita e funzionale ( corrisponde alla descrizione) ed all occorrenza a 10 metri avrete la soluzione ad eventuali esigenze ( i genitori ) . L' hosting è preciso e proattivo. Tre giorni di intenso relax da ricordare a lungo.....per ripeterli

Esperienza davvero positiva. Casa accogliente e pulita, dotata di tutti i confort...e di uno splendido camino. Signora Rosella è un host davvero eccezionale, sempre presente e reattiva, pronta con le informazioni giuste sui posti da vedere e sui posti in cui fare la spesa o cenare. Da visitare in paese il Museo della Cultura Arbëreshe, che si trova in paese...la dott.ssa Rosangela che ci ha accompagnato nella visita guidata è molto competente e appassionata. Da non perdere il ristorante Giardino delle Rose, l'unico ristorante del paese, in cui è possibile assaggiare gli ottimi piatti a KM 0 della signora Luigina. La Casetta di Rosella si è rivelata la location perfetta per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno in questa meravigliosa parte della Basilicata, con 3 bambini piccoli e 1 neonato. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!
