We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for accommodating our family as we engaged in the passing of my father and his memorial services. Kayla offered a complimentary 1:00 PM checkout on Sunday so that my mom, siblings and our families could have a private brunch gathering at the AirB&B to share memories and reminisce about my dad. It was extremely special because we found little to no time to talk amongst ourselves the day before during my father’s services. We shared photo albums, cards that were sent to us in condolence of our loss, and personal memories that were written during the memorial services the day before. It was such an amazing and emotional experience to honor my father in such an intimate setting. We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for their and hospitality. This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

Our family of 7, ranging in age from 62-6, had a blast! The pool was perfect for evening entertainment while cooking on the grill. The bedroom layout was great as we have family member that doesn’t do stairs well. Even if upstairs the number of stairs is minimum. We visited Dutch Wonderland and would stay here again for our next trip up! It had more than expected including pool towels and shampoo and conditioner in the 2 full baths. It also had laundry detergent. Thank you! It was a wonderful place!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

This place was a wonderful gem! Right away you walk in and just feel so at peace. The hosts have done an amazing job at making the home welcoming, useable, and beautiful. They obviously can't control the birds but man were they just so nice to listen to all day. just wanted to sit on the back porch all day and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Instructions for various things in the the house were clear. Everything felt spotless! Anytime we had a question they were super quick to respond. We had the pleasure to meet them both at different times and are so thankful we did. They were so lovely and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for the area as well. We stayed for two nights but definitely wish it was longer. Our kids (10 & 12) want us to go back next year! We stayed here from Canada as we came to attend the Sights and Sound theater. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Pauline’s place was amazing , our family and friends stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we got to enjoy the pool / beautiful outdoor space & AC / game room inside on a hot weekend. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. We hope to return soon, perfect for a weekend get away.

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was roomy, clean, & comfortable, & parking was convenient. There were 2 suites with attached bathrooms. We really appreciated the 3 full, & 2 half baths. It has a beautiful kitchen & hardwood floors on the main level. The air conditioning felt amazing after coming in from the heat. We could walk to town & a river trail. Daisy was great. She was helpful, friendly, & very responsive. She left us water bottles & snacks, which was really kind. We highly recommend Daisy's place!

Beautiful home and surroundings …very clean….. would stay there again

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation from nearby Villanova University. We have a large immediate family and this home offered us a place to gather and stay with much more comfort and value than individual hotel rooms. The house was spotless, private and had a large yard with plenty of parking for our 4 adult children joining us for the graduation weekend. Jess was extremely responsive before our arrival, and throughout our visit. The photos are accurate as well as the description of the property. 3 full bathrooms and comfy beds make this a hidden gem for a stay!

The house was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay for our family of 6 when we were in town for a wedding.

Beautiful and clean. Great privacy and outdoor setting. Perfect for quiet residential get away. I love the area and familiar with Philadelphia. If you are looking to travel into the city a little inconvenient, however if you are a family and want quality as rather than site seeing this is a perfect location. Host was extremely responsive and gracious.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home away from home. Thank you, Shalamar!

Home was perfect for our stay in the Pa area. Parking was a little tight getting in and out of the driveway. We would stay there again.

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

I don’t think words can explain how beautiful this home was. It truly felt like a home you want to come to everyday. The communication, the house set up was just perfect. We recommend anyone that wants to have a beautiful peaceful place to stay this is it. It’s a hidden gem that many people should know about! Considering using Jennifer’s home again next year! Love every part of it and looking forward to using it again!

Bi is a good host and answered communications quickly and clearly. Beds were comfortable. There were five of us and there only is one bathroom, but everyone was good about taking turns. The weather was cool and rainy, but had we had better weather we would have spent more time on the property, with its koi pond and outdoor kitchen, which looked very cool. We were there for a wedding and didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. All-in-all, our stay was a success. Thank you.

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much, Mark! I give this place a 10 out of 5!!!

My family had a great stay while in town for a bridal shower. The house is lovely and as described. Our niece loved the teddy bear in the crib!
