This compact holiday home is in a perfect location between the mountains and the lake in Bodensdorf am Ossiacher See. Here friends and families can unwind and take advantage of the wide range of leisure activities in the region. Bodensdorf is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, water sports, swimming or simply walks around Lake Ossiach. In winter, on the other hand, the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area awaits you. If you like it cozy and dignified, the small town offers nice cafes and restaurants and there is also plenty of nightlife. Shops can be found in the nearby town center. The house, comfortably furnished with lots of wood, extends over the ground floor and 1st floor. It has a pretty kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, a friendly bathroom and a garden with a barbecue area. You can park on site. Casa Drei Mädel - Zomer & Winter

Family fun in this stylish home with private heated pool and in winter max 30 minutes from several ski resorts. Our vacation home is located at the bottom of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the good that these three countries offer. Our house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated pool in late April to mid-October. In winter we have 2 lockers at the slopes exclusively for our guests.

Kurze Fahrzeiten zu den Kärntner Skigebieten: Gerlitzen 20 Min; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 Min; Turracherhöhe 35 Min und zum Wörthersee und Ossiachersee jeweils 15 Min. Die große Zirbenstube sowie das mit Erdwärme beheizte Pool, eine kleine Sauna, die Designer-Küche und ein Billardtisch sind die Highlights dieses Hauses.
