Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Villach-Land

It was very well when I found myself at deisem accommodation. The sauna, the large garden that my children spent good time there. I had a quiet night to continue my trip. Just recommend

Nice house in a very nice village, friendly and flexible host.

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

We were very satisfied with the beautiful fisherman's cottage. It was sparkling clean, beautiful and modern and exactly as in the pictures. Everything was available, the kitchen perfectly equipped. Breakfast on the terrace with the many birds chirping and under the parasol was always a dream. We gladly used Sabine's tips (especially the Annenhof for eating and hiking the great Tscheppaschlucht). It's close to shopping. Ingrid was very friendly as a contact person on site and was always ready to help. The area is a dream, we rode a lot of bikes (right by the house there is a perfect bike path), were swimming in the beautiful lakes or shopping in Klagenfurt. We will be happy to come back.

Moin, we felt very comfortable with Marion. It is a nice and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cake, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, baskets and treats for our dog. There was also a wide choice of cosmetics/ toiletries for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you very much.

Quiet environment, clean and tidy accommodation, I would definitely recommend it!

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time there! The place is natural and calm. Lot of opportunities close.

Tünde's apartment is quiet, clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, you quickly feel "at home." Tünde welcomes you with a smile. i recommend 100%.

Wow !!! What an apartment, it was just beautiful. Spacious , modern and had all the amenities you could ask for . The balcony was spacious and the view from it was out of this world . Looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! Precisely because we know the place well, the stay was particularly nice and familiar for us. The large apartment was clean and well maintained, which offered us a lot of comfort. The amenities are fully available and we liked it very much. The location is perfect – central yet quiet so we could easily walk to everything in the place and the lake. We particularly liked the garden with the wonderful seating, which we unfortunately could not use due to our activities, but will certainly enjoy on a next visit. The dog always greeted us cheerfully and friendly when she was in the garden without being intrusive. It was lovely to experience their friendly manner. Overall the place was really great, and we would love to book it again anytime. Thank you very much for the nice time!

We had a great stay with Martina and Markus! Everything was super clean, lovingly furnished and very cozy. The two are extremely friendly and warm hosts - you immediately feel welcome. We also particularly liked the cuddly cat, which provided additional moments of well-being. The parking space directly in front of the house was extremely practical, and also in the kitchen there was really nothing missing – everything was there that you need. The whole process was completely uncomplicated, including a later check-out, which was made possible without any problems. We recommend the accommodation 100% and would be happy to come back anytime. We felt very comfortable in Elina's accommodation. We didn't meet her ourselves, but her dad welcomed us and showed us everything. The communication was great, the apartment is a good size and has everything you need for everyday life. If you can only sleep in the dark, you should bring an eye mask, as there are no shutters. It was great that we could use the bikes, with which you can be at Lake Faak in a few minutes.

Just because we had bad weather, this wonderful apartment was important to us! Guest-friendly, modern, offers everything! Even BBQ on the huge lake terrace! We felt extremely comfortable and will be back for sure! Thanks to our hosts Birgit & Martin. Klaus and Doris.

Recommended for families and public travelers! We were 3 adults and 2 children (2.5 years and 4.5 years old) and only traveled by public transport during the week we spent here. The accommodation is very suitable for this: publicly accessible and also a great garden with games and balance bikes for the children. In addition, we were also able to grill and use the well-equipped kitchen. Despite all the advantages, the accommodation still has two disadvantages: on the one hand, the short walk from the train/bus/boat station is unfortunately extremely dangerous for children (strollers) due to the lack of protected paths on the busy road. On the other hand, the accommodation and all textiles there have a strong musty smell. However, after a few hot summer days, which could also dissipate this humidity a little, we got used to it. But nothing can be 100% perfect and overall we were very satisfied!

This was our second business trip to Bleiberg and we had the pleasure of staying at this property a second time - it’s absolutely perfect! Rita and Andras are so kind and welcoming and always go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The apartment itself is so clean and lovely. We look forward to coming back!

A great apartment, super clean, everything you need is available - exactly as described. The furnishings are high-quality and very tasteful - we felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is also pleasantly tempered at very warm outside temperatures. The apartment is very quiet with a side view of Lake Faak and the opposite lake shore. Many excursion destinations are easily accessible by car or bike. We got a lot of great tips and recommendations from Gerd and Mirjana! Very warm and helpful hosts. All in all, we absolutely enjoyed the week and will come back!

We stayed at Natasja's place from 12/22/2024 to 1/2/2025. Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated and had a great location. Natasja herself was super friendly and helpful with questions, etc. All in all, a perfect place to stay that I would always choose again! Nothing was missing from the accommodation. Everything was thought of here.

We stayed at the accommodation for five days for the tuning event and it couldn't have been better! The view is especially beautiful and very quiet in the morning hours. The carport that came with it was, of course, a dream for us car fans. Christian was very helpful and always easy to reach. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be happy to come back!!

I really enjoyed staying at Roland's country house and will be back! The place was very appealing and clean, there is a large garden and you are in a great location on the edge of the forest. There is also a parking space. Communication with Roland went great, he is a very friendly and accommodating host! Checking in and out was extremely flexible and smooth. A clear recommendation!

Jeanette's place in Velden is a true gem, great location, fully equipped, clean, everything is near, everything is walkable, just as we wanted. The big balcony was a lovely extra we enjoyed a lot. Loved the city, for sure we will be back, hopefully in this apartment next time too.

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help.
