House holiday rentals in Villach-Land

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

Absolutely beautiful house, spotless and in incredible surroundings. All our needs were met. Only gripe is that, upon arrival, we were subjected to a tirade of messages from the keyholder, asking for credit card details for a deposit, and for us to pay (first in cash then by bank transfer) a local tax. Booking with Airbnb should not require any further charges. When I did not reply immediately (I was trying to check it was a legitimate request) I was badgered for the payment. We also had to complete an online form giving names, addresses, passport details etc of every person in our party. All of this should have been done before we left; after a long and exhausting day travelling it significantly reduced our enjoyment of our first day.

Wonderful place, easy to reach very spacious rooms with their own bathroom, the host Ana is super helpful. The very quiet area is perfect for spending time with friends, the sauna is great for relaxing.

We had a great time. The accommodation is beautiful and especially suitable for larger groups. Marco is a super nice host and the location is also perfect!

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Location was very nice. Administration was smooth. Additional costs has been disclosed only at the house rules (i.e. cleaning fee, bed linen). Would be nice to know this upfront (when looking for housing, you want to compare the full costs). Thank you for having us! Best, Michael

The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

The house is in a beautiful location with a great view. Close enough to everything on the lake. The house itself is immaculately presented and has everything you could need. The price was fair for a week in the height of summer and the house can comfortably fit 6 people. We loved this house.

We were there for 1 week. Everything was a perfect fit and Gregor is a very good and nice host.

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home

The hosts are very courteous and eager, we arrived a little later, was not an issue. Highlighted is the quiet but central location, we traveled with our dog, so the fenced garden was very great. Restaurant, spar, etc. all within walking distance, lake for walking anyway. There were 4 of us four on the road, our own fine house for us alone, absolutely pleasant, enough space available, everything you need is there. Accommodation is definitely recommended

The house is beautifully restored and decorated, perfectly clean, cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped. With shutters in the windows of the house, day and night, despite the heat, it was nice. In the bedroom a very large, comfortable bed, in the second room, bunk beds. Very nice garden, also very well maintained. We had a bed/lounge chair, an umbrella, and a table with chairs (in the shade). In front of the house (also in the fenced-in area) was a bench, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The house is located about 570 meters above sea level in the back of the village, among other houses, but the neighborhood and the road are very quiet (the house is far from the main road). Right next to the house, there is a walking trail to Gerlitzen, as well as a bike path towards Villach. The village is an ideal starting point for nearby attractions as well as in the mountains. The owner lives on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance in another part of the house) is a very friendly and helpful person ! Highly recommended. It was a great stay!

Marcus's place is in a beautiful location which is peaceful, although quite remote it is still within 30 minutes of some fabulous places to enjoy the lake etc. It was clean with fresh linen and towels. Thank you for all your help whilst we stayed with you.

Beautiful house, plenty of space, very well equipped, large garden, great for families with children! Very nice location in the countryside, the lake can be reached in a few minutes by bike:)

Great house, super close to the ski resort

The house is very nicely located. You can reach many great excursion destinations in a short time. The garden gazebo is great for escaping the heat in summer and sitting comfortably in the shade. You can reach the lake or the nearest shopping facilities within 10 minutes on foot. There are 2 great playgrounds for children by the lake. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. Manuel responds very quickly and helps with questions.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Spacious, clean and cozy house with a magnificent view from windows and with everything you need for the perfect stay! There are several groceries nearby. It will take you just a couple of minutes by car to get to beaches on the lake. The communication with hosts was excellent! I would highly recommend this place!
