The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

We stayed with my parents and our nine-year-old daughter at Stefania's place and had a great vacation! The house was perfect for us. It is equipped with everything and furnished with a lot of love for detail, we immediately felt comfortable. Most of all, because Stefania is such a warm and helpful host. She welcomed us with a large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, and she also provided water and some for the kitchen and both bathrooms ( e.g. soap, shower room, etc.). We could reach her at any time and get great tips from her. Her loving and extraordinary manner is also reflected in the house and garden. We were already able to have some meals on the terrace and look at the sea from afar, even extra early for sunrise. The view is beautiful. Within walking distance there are great viewpoints and restaurants, from which you can enjoy the sunset. The location is fantastic!

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro! The house and pool are very pleasant and the hiosts really responsive. They also had great recommandations!

We'd highly recommend this! The house is located nearby lovely authentic Italian villages but you still have all the privacy you need. With your car, you can reach shops and lots of restaurants within 10mins. At the house itself you have everything you need: all the equipment you need and an amazing view and pool. Roberta is the best, she helped us with planning our activities and is also very responsive. We would definitely come back here :)

Mirella was an incredible host and her house was just amazing. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large patio area was a perfect place for breakfast and also for sitting just to take in the beautiful scenery. The location is private but not remote. We even walked to dinner at the excellent nearby restaurant (on Mirella's recommendation). The house and the surroundings make you feel like you are in a postcard - a perfect place for vacation.

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.

The location and absolute tranquility of the area make it the master. The house is immersed in a hilly area near Acqualagna, equipped with all comforts and the structure has a gym shared with the guests of the other apartments. Loredana and Lucio are responsive in communication, flexible on check-in time, very kind in sharing information about the area. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

The villa is amazing. Everything you need is there. Just 2 minutes away from the beach and the shopping street in cattolica is also close. It has enough space in the villa and every bedroom has their own bathroom. Pool is also very nice but not heated (for summer no problem but in may still cold) but it has whirlpool on top of the villa. Communication also worked very well trough whatsapp. Def would stay there again.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and Rachel was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, met all of our needs, and even made us a last-minute, 13 person reservation at a local restaurant (it was a hit). Highly recommend this place.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun. What a beautiful home in a stunning location - even better in real life. Perfect for our 2 families. A complete escape - totally private and quiet with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. There is a perfect place for every part of the day, whether swimming in the pool or having a leisurely breakfast or dinner outside (or inside). Beautifully designed interior, from bathrooms to antique furniture and art and a very well appointed kitchen. Every detail has been thought of, and it is also very comfortable and family friendly. Eva was a friendly and responsive host, and we were grateful for her long list of recommendations. Endless day trip opportunities by car, including stunning hill towns (e.g. Urbino, Gubbio, Todi) and the coast (e.g. Sirolo). Honestly could have spent the entire time just relaxing at this beautiful home! Would love to return.

This place is amazing, the views are just breathtaking. Place is nice and private, no direct neighbours, unless you count the hundreds fireflies :) we had very nice time with family, 10 adults and 5 kids were easily accommodated. Gian was very helpful, recommended nice places to visit and responded to all messages straightaway. We asked if swimming pool can be set up earlier which Gian kindly did. The only regret I have is that we visit the local winery at the end of our stay;) Thank you once again Gian for letting us stay at your place!

We were two friendly couples with two dogs and had a wonderful time! The house and the location are perfect for resting and relaxing. The two separate bedrooms incl. There was also enough space for four in the bathroom. We felt very comfortable! Especially the fenced outdoor area and the private pool made the stay perfect for us! The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet location also invite you to relax. The next largest city Città di Castello (about 25 minutes by car) is also worth a visit. There are also some restaurants and shops. The hosts were very attentive and available at all times and also surprised us once with a delicious cake. We had a great and all-round successful holiday - thank you Tiziano!

Can’t say enough about the views. Simply spectacular! The pool was pristine, the lounge chairs, umbrellas and pool towels all very nice. The villa was just as described and lovely. We six ladies were all comfortable and had plenty of space. We were there the last week in May and so we did not need the a/c. However screens for the bedroom windows would have been nice to cool the rooms off a bit in the evenings. Host was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was private and peaceful. A beautiful property. Just a ten minute trip via car to Cortona city center.

Perfect vacation, the accommodation was very clean and equipped with practically everything, impeccable linen and every comfort. But the spectacular part for us was the exterior with a well-kept lawn, a swimming pool for exclusive use with sun loungers, a relaxing patio and a barbecue equipped for all types of grilling. Claudia was always a present and responsive host to all our requests. The house is also in a strategic position to reach many interesting villages to visit. In short, it was a very positive experience for us and we hope to repeat it again. Thanks Claudia and congratulations again

The Villa was absolutely lovely and the view was stunning. We had breakfast every morning provided by Together in Tuscany and that was a very nice addition to our stay.

We had a great time in the beautiful Casa Isabella! 2 rooms and a mezzanine are on the top floor around a large living area, the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and lead out to two large terrace areas and the beautiful private swimming pool. The view from the terrace and the pool are stunning! Everything was perfect for us; we loved the peace and quiet, the hosts were always responsive and helpful, the house is well stocked and feels like home straightaway and there are some great restaurants just 15min away in pretty much all directions.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! We attended a friends wedding in Filottrano and the location was perfect, with truly impressive views all around. You do need a car to get around, but it's worth it for the peaceful setting. The villa itself is very rustic, which was fine, the pics on the web depict it well and it comfortably fit our group of 5 in the main house and 2 in the pool house. Just a couple of small things to be aware of: there were minimal towels and not much hanging space for clothes, but these weren't major issues for us. Also just to add, there were a lot of mosquito's, so remember to pack your repellent! Mirella and Nick were wonderful hosts—super welcoming and always very helpful. Highly recommended!

Daniela and her family have been amazing hosts, very helpful and super responsive. The country house is beautiful and was a perfect exploration base for us. We would happily return if travelling in this area!
