Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vilano Beach

Perfect location. Good size for our party of 3. Loved our short time there. We will be back.

Great stay at Geni & Chris's place. Quiet neighborhood and building. Walkable to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Comfy bed and pillows. The only suggestion I have is that they put curtains in the bedroom, the sun comes in bright and early, and if you're light sleepers like we are, it is impossible to sleep past 6am in the room. That's purely personal preference though, and we still throughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect location to visit historic downtown St. Augustine! Easy walk in to town, with plenty of things to do and restaurants within a short distance. The apartment was just as pictured with convenient assigned parking for one vehicle (with extra street parking readily available). Rachel was quick to respond to any questions we had, and had all of the comforts of home planned for- with a well equipped kitchen, extra blankets and linens, and a helpful binder with other local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay, and would stay here again!

We have stayed in 2 LaTorre Fratelli properties now and both were fantastic. This one was located in historic downtown and walking distance to everything. Loved the bathroom sink idea and I’m stealing the idea for own remodel. Kali, Dru, & Raman are awesome hosts. Their properties are very nice and they’re quick to respond. We will stay at one of their NJ properties next as we love visiting the city. Highly recommend!

Place is exceptionally furnished. Place was kept cool the whole time. No bothersome neighbor. Gorgeous garden.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and Connie! The location is PERFECT. The home is stunning. Everything you may need, it’s there! Connie was extremely commutative as well!! Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a unique, comfortable, and private getaway that's right in the thick of historic Saint Augustine, this place hits all the marks. James was friendly, accommodating, and had some great suggestions for places to eat and visit. He also gave me a banana to feed one of the tortoises that lives in the jungle-like yard. The room was comfortable and spacious and sitting out on the patio at night is something truly special... You'll just have to stay here and witness it for yourself. Thank you, James!

Have stayed in St. Augustine many times. This was by far my favorite stay. So convenient to all of the shopping and dining options. The reserved parking spot was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Derek’s! The guest house was particularly amazing and cozy! The main house had plenty of space and was stocked with amenities. The only thing I’d note is that the pool doesn’t have a railing, which made it difficult for our parents to get in and out. But we loved the grill and firepit and having a tv outside. It was the perfect backyard for a weekend away. A Publix is right down the street too! We would definitely stay here again!

I'm using the translator and I hope it works well, from check-in to check-out. Wonderful house, clean, has everything to make you feel comfortable, the pool is spectacular, the beach is close to the house. Delary is very attentive and quick to respond to any message. I want to return soon. I felt at home.

Ashley's place was perfect for our family of four (my husband, me, and our two kids in their twenties). The beach was just a 2-minute walk from the house, making it easy to return for anything we had forgotten. It is conveniently located near many amenities, including Publix, a liquor store, and a delicious breakfast spot. It is close to historic St. Augustine. We loved it and would stay here again.

I had a wonderful vacation at Dominick's property with my son. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated with tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The home is situated on a quiet street, just across from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee spots. Dominick was very responsive to any questions I had, and I also had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Maya was EXTREMELY responsive, answered all my questions within minutes of sending her a message. The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space was perfect for a family gathering. The pool and ability to dine outdoors and grill out (on a nice clean Weber Grill) was a highlight. The place accomodated our group of 8 perfectly. The living space provided a nice space for game night and eating our meals together. I would highly recommend this place. It was a quick easy walk to a very quiet, pretty beach. We will stay here again.

This was an amazing place to stay if your looking for walkable access to the beach. Carla provided beach carts, toys that our little ones enjoyed, beach tents, and more. Carla was so friendly and accommodating, we appreciated how she made sure if we needed anything to just ask. We will book this place for future visits to Vilano.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Todd’s place he was a great host, with great communication. The condo had everything you would need on your beach getaway. Easy walk to the ocean. Beach was very clean and in a great location. I rate condo, host and beach a 10!!! Can’t wait to go back to St. Augustine beach.
