Cottage holiday rentals in Vilano Beach

Everything about this cottage was perfect! The location had a little trail right across the street to the beach. My mom and I stayed there for Mother’s Day week and LOVED everything about it. The hot tub was perfect! And the jasmine smell so good. Tamara was amazing with recommendations and communication!

We had an enjoyable time in St. Augustine! Bryn Mawr, the beach & local restaurants are always amazing! We like riding our beach cruisers throughout the park & makes for a short ride to the beach or adult pool, the unit is very close to bigger pool which is also convenient! The unit had everything we needed & the front porch was perfectly shaded to have morning coffee! We would definitely stay there again, Stephen the owner is super accommodating!

This home was perfect for our family of 6. 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Malacompra Beach, which was extremely peaceful and not crowded whatsoever. This home was perfectly located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. As for the home itself, it was in a quiet area/neighborhood and everything in the home was very clean and organized. Highly highly recommend!

Great St Augustine vacation! Regina & her husband are such amazing hosts!! Anything we needed or had questions, response time was very quick! House is stocked with extra touches, ie: trash bags, laundry pods, coffee, towels for the dogs, extra beach towels & more!! The description is accurate with the beach access, you can drive 2-3 min to Butler beach access which is free or walk to the pedestrian crossing & walk up the private path. Our stay was Welcomed with very informative directions!! ☺️

The location is great. Everything was very walkable. It was neat being right next to the old church. Had a hard time finding it at first because it’s tucked away into the back corner of a lot behind an abandoned building that’s being used as a “pay to park” parking lot. Some fans for upstairs would have been nice because it gets warm up there. Doesn’t have the old timey St.Augustine charm of other places I’ve stayed at so no spooky vibes. But again the location was top tier. We walked everywhere. The house fulfilled all of our needs and the YouTube music on the TV was nice. Simple, clean, convenient. Thank you!

-Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. -Loved the Florida decor. -The canal view was very peaceful. -Really enjoyed watching all the birds on the feeder. -The white lights around porch and on the palms were beautiful and relaxing. -Very informative book of local sights and restaurants. -Home stocked with everything you need, including a great pod selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. -Snack basket was a wonderful touch, including everything to make s’mores. -Michele and Kelly were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to messages. -I loved staying there so much, I didn’t want to leave.

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

We had an excellent experience! Jay was a wonderful host. He recommended things to see, do and great places to eat. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything during our stay. Our fur babies loved having the outside space to relax.

Greetings from Ohio, My family went down to St. Augustine for our first family vacation. I am from St. Augustine but my husband and son have never been out of Ohio. It was a treat for everyone. The place we stayed at was located near downtown and easy access to all areas. It was nice and quiet and clean. Will definitely try and stay there again at another time.

My husband & I stayed at Rachel's place with our dog for a few days. Our stay was fabulous. The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. Plus, it was in a wonderful location. We were close to everything. Our dog enjoyed the picket fenced yard & the sidewalks all around the neighborhood for walks. Rachel was very responsive any time I sent a message & always very nice. I would definitely stay here again & would have no problem recommending it to friends.

Loved the location close to the beach. The home was clean and everything as described! Very nice perk was all the beach gear - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and wagon. One thing I didn’t know was there is no bathtub - both bathrooms have showers only - but one of them has a pull down handle shower head and is a pretty large shower stall. Both bathrooms had plenty of towels and good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I would stay here again!

Such a perfect little hideaway. I forgot I was in Florida! This cottage gives cabin vibes with the beautiful woodwork throughout, but it’s right across the street from the beach. The best of both worlds! I absolutely loved the greenery and landscaping surrounding the cottage! There’s a fountain outside the porch where you can hear the soothing sound of water. The birdbath attracts cardinals, chickadees and titmice (which I’ve never seen in Florida, as I am from southern part of the state) I was in awe! The view of castle otttis is spectacular from the deck off the bedroom. This place was with every penny and we’ll definitely be back!!

Very nice home. We were able to get to all our destinations in less than 10 minutes. Surrounding area was very quiet and in a nice neighborhood.

Less than 10 minutes away from every thing. House was cozy and all amenities were described. The wrap around porch was a great substitute for the balcony.

We stayed at Phil's charming little place for a getaway weekend. It's a perfect location for the historic district. You'll never need your car because most everything is walkable. We felt very safe and it's in a quiet area. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Phil made sure we were able to get in okay and was easy to reach if there was a problem. We would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for live music try Colonial Oak. If you want a great Italian dinner try Nonna's Trattoria. Both are within walking distance. Thank you Phil for providing the perfect oasis for a much needed relaxing weekend!

it would be hard to find a better place to stay in St. Augustine. walkable to everything!! the car could stay in the driveway the entire time. perfect for two couples. the set up allows a bit of privacy as the bedrooms are on separate floors. kitchen was great and the provided snacks and such were just perfect. Great hosts! will stay here again.

This was our second time staying here & it was just as nice as the first time. The house is so cute & very clean! So many special touches-snacks & coffee laid out, welcome chocolates, fresh flowers! The view from the porch is beautiful & serene. No worries about parking-you are within walking distance to the old town, attractions & restaurants. Stephanie is friendly & helpful with anything you may need during your stay. This is the place to stay in St. Augustine! Thanks again-we’ll be back!

This was a beautiful, cozy home! Close to shops, restaurants, and sights of the city. Elaine was very kind and responsive. I felt reassured that if I needed anything, Elaine would be on top of it. Definitely recommend!

This was a perfect place. So convenient to walk everywhere!!! The only time we drove was to go to the beach. It was off the main road so you don’t hear traffic but walkable to everywhere in town! Valerie was very friendly and left a list for great places to eat and visit! Check in and out was easy with no issues. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family. Thank you!
