Tivemos dias incríveis na Villa Margaridi. O espaço é lindo, com total privacidade e tudo o que é necessário, seja para tirar uns dias a relaxar ou mesmo para conhecer a cidade. Destaque também para o Vinho do Porto servido à tarde e ao pão fresco deixado à porta todas as manhãs. Com certeza uma experiência a se repetir!

Beautiful house, amazing private location above a lake. Very relaxing being immersed in nature. House well kitted out and lovely features. We took our paddleboard and wonderful paddle boarding on the lake. Children loved the swimming and the ‘cold tub’ plunge pool. Thankyou Gerrit and Grace, we hope to return.

Gran alojamiento y gran anfitrion , nos sentimos como en casa . Fernando y su mujer son excelentes personas . Disfrutamos nuestra estancia y la casa era super comoda . Esperamos volver muy pronto.

Pasamos catro días fantásticos na casa de Esmeralda! Está nunha aldea preciosa e ben comunicada: a unha hora de Vigo e moi perto de Paredes de Coura, Ponte de Lima ou Arcos de Valdevez. A casa, de arquitectura tradicional, está moi ben restaurada. É bonita e confortable, ben decorada, cun bo baño e todo tipo de aparellos e utensilios para cociñar. O colchón e as almofadas son cómodas e a roupa de cama e as toallas son prefectas. O xardín e bonito e conta con tumbonas, mesas e cadeiras para gozar tamén do exterior. Esmeralda foi simpática e educada. Voltaremos seguro!

Espaço muito agradável, muito limpo e o Sr. Carlos indicou alguns restaurantes e muitos locais para visitar. Excelente para estar em família, recomendo.

O espaço é muito bonito e é enorme . Adoramos tudo ! A casa tem muitas divisões ,tudo bastante espaçoso e é bem maior do que parece nas fotografias. Fizemos churrasco ,cozinhamos e tivemos tudo o que foi necessário ao nosso dispor . Passamos um excelente fim de semana entre família e amigos e iremos voltar garantidamente !

Casa muito agradável, com muito bom gosto! Agradecemos a gentiliza dos pequenos pormenores como o bolinho à nossa chegada, os aperitivos, chás, café... tudo estava perfeito!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und André hat uns sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich empfangen. In der Küche stand frisches Obst und Eier bereit. Wir haben auch den wunderschönen Pool sehr genossen und uns auf den Liegen entspannt. André hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Gegend gegeben und war auch immer sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

On the positive side, the place lived up to its description. Fatima was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience better. There were enough parking spaces for three cars. On the negative side, the hot water reservoir wasn't sufficient for ten people to take showers. As a result, some of us had to take cold showers every day. Additionally, the location is situated on narrow roads, making it challenging to reach by car.

Passamos um fim de semana muito agradável no alojamento de Gui, o espaço era tal como nas fotos e bem em contacto com a natureza. :) De realçar também a gentileza do black que diariamente nos vinha cumprimentar :)

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Traumhaus von Jose André genießen dürfen! Die Aussicht ist absolut spektakulär, Haus und Garten sind wunderschön und die Gastgeber sind sehr liebe und herzliche Leute. Jose André und seine Frau haben uns auf die herzlichste Weise empfangen, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Sie haben uns ein äußerst reichhaltiges Mahl zubereitet, für das Abendessen und auch für das Frühstück am Folgetag. Soviel Gastfreundschaft haben wir auf der gesamten Welt noch nicht gesehen und wir waren schon auf allen Kontinenten in vielen Ländern. Das ist mit großem Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir besuchen durften! Wenn Sie überlegen, Portugal zu besuchen, ist dies eine absolute Empfehlung! Unvergesslich schön.

Perfect place for a quiet rural holiday. The house has a lot of charm mixing old with new. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in every night. It has a large, pretty garden with citrus trees. It is within easy distance of many historical towns as well as a national park. We did not meet Céu but she responded very quickly to any requests we had. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Ivone & Joep are incredible in their devotion for nature, animals and human connection. We had a beautiful stay in the Peacock bungalow. Every morning we could witness and observe through the large windows of the bungalow the peacocks in their full splendor. We enjoyed the quietness and the opportunity to just rest. We also very much enjoyed spending a moment with Ivone in the garden, sharing about plants and sharing about the beauty of nature. We loved hearing about their story with Joep, their love and how all this unfolded for them. All a great inspiration!

Herzliches Ferienhaus mit Traumblick – Top-Empfehlung! Unser Aufenthalt als Paar (Anfang 50) in diesem Ferienhaus, gebucht über Airbnb, war perfekt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Nationalpark war atemberaubend, auch wenn Bäume einen Teil des Seeblicks verdeckten. Die Anreise war anfangs knifflig (Google Maps zeigte Sackgasse), doch Fernando, unser Gastgeber, lotste uns per W.....App direkt hin. Seine Eltern empfingen uns herzlich und gaben uns alle Infos – einfach Gold wert, obwohl wir kein Portugiesisch sprachen! Zwei Wege führen zum See; Wasserschuhe sind ratsam (teils schlammig). Genaue Wegbeschreibung gibt's von Fernando. Fernando war jederzeit per W....App/Telefon erreichbar. Als uns Mücken ärgerten, brachte uns sein Vater sogar Citronella vorbei – so herzlich! Die Lage war ideal für Wanderungen im Nationalpark. Würden wir wiederkommen? Absolut! Unterkunft und Gastgeber? Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Endroit et logement magnifique, au delà de nos espérances que nous recommandons vivement. Satisfaction garantie, si vous aimez la nature et la tranquillité c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Les plages et commerces sont à proximité de quoi passer un séjour agréable.

We had a lovely stay at Joana’s cottage. It is in a peaceful and private setting with great views, and yet handy for lots of different places to visit and things to do. We walked in the hills, went to the beach, and wandered around lovely small cities and little villages; all within easy reach. The cottage itself is really comfortable, super clean, has great amenities and tasteful decor. Would thoroughly recommend as a wonderful base for visiting a beautiful part of North Portugal.

Foi incrível, o espaço é acolhedor e muito bem cuidado, extremo bom gosto em tudo e excelentes acabamentos. É mesmo uma pequena cottage de luxo. A estadia foi incrível e pacifica. E aquele terraço....muito incrível para ver as estrelas à noite! Uma paz total! Obrigado Nanne.

Wonderful cosy tiny house. Very clean and comfortable. You find everything you need. Enough privacy, still among local people. Quiet enough. Nice little balcony with sunshine almost the whole day. There is a good local restaurant around the corner and a somewhat more luxiourious one 12 minutes on foot. Good bed. Teresa gives you a warm welcome and has good advice on the area. It’s a good base to visit nothern Portugal.

A casa é linda, confortável, equipada, impecável e com uma vista da natureza de nos deixar sem palavras. O lugar perfeito para quem procura paz. Preciso pontuar também que igualmente incrível foi Filipa, uma anfitriã extremamente acolhedora e prestativa. Eu e minha noiva fomos recebidos com um delicioso bolo, sugestões de passeios e Filipa ainda nos emprestou um carregador, pois haviamos esquecido o nosso. Foi uma viagem inesquecível. Queremos voltar outras vezes!
