Villa holiday rentals in Vila Verde

We had a wonderful time at the villa. However the shops were not accessible to all our party as the roads were very steep, thankfully we had younger members who were able to get stuff locally. Táxis and Bolts were easily booked for travelling into Braga and the bus service was also very good

Very nice place, to spend days of great serenity. We were very well received, Ripado's house has all the amenities necessary, the only suggestion we leave is to have an electric kettle, it's very useful. The place is super suitable and beautiful for a good vacation, all divisions have good areas.

The best place where we were. We've been traveling from Airbnb since 2022 and this was definitely the best. Better value for money, better hosts, Berta and her partner made us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed. Better in performance, better in everything, we are very happy and grateful to Berta. I recommend everyone. The patio is large, the pool is the same, the house is large and more modern than it looks in photos and from the room dawn comes in with a view of the pool, it is beautiful to wake up to the sun and those views. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood, there is parking and the entrance is simple. There are great restaurants nearby and a big town with everything you need in 5 mins. Braga is 12-15 mins away. Very well connected. In addition, the house had everything you need and was clean and tidy. We'll be back.

Everything is excellent, from the host to the house. In my opinion there is only one little thing missing.. a dishwashing machine, as a place so good and full of nooks and corners of leisure and relaxation... having to wash the dishware time of use of these more zen moments. Thanks to António and his team that made everything work and that we felt very welcome and supported.

We loved this villa! We were 8, including 2 children and 1 teenager. The house is really large and well laid out with large rooms. Special mention for the 4 bathrooms and the equipment, it was perfect. The outdoor areas are also great and the kids enjoyed the pool. For hikes in Gerês National Park, note that there is a road, so it's not possible to do this every day. That said, there are very nice tours in the area too. Communication with Diane was great too. Finally, there are very good restaurants nearby, special mention for Metropizza that we recommend.

We had a very nice stay at Quinta das Regadas. The house has many amenities and conditions to accommodate a large number of people. It is also a very quiet place. Thank you to Januário for all of your availability.

Maria’s 5-bed villa in is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the love and attention to detail she’s poured into every corner. The villa is immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern comforts throughout. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and relaxing. The views are simply breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. It’s clear Maria cares deeply about creating a warm, welcoming space, and it shows. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the lovely pool and bbq. But I’m defo coming back to this very place. Obrigado Maria.

Second time we stayed here with a group! The place is meticulously taken care of with lots of loving elements. Traditional style and homely feel.

The house itself is beautiful and full of many treasures. Fatima has created a very special space. Lots to do in the area. Fatima was very helpful and gave us great recommendations etc. A very positive experience for us.

Fantastic accommodation. Beautiful gardens, pool and house. Marcus is a very good host, and looked after us so well - bringing us little gifts like fresh orange juice just made the experience so much better. One of our children really wanted to keep a huge lemon he’d found in the garden but we told him he would have to ask. Instead of just saying no, or yes, Marcus said “sure, but why don’t we make some lemonade together!”. Just so thoughtful and kind. The house is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Lots of attention to detail. Pool is very large and everything is perfectly clean. Marcus and Rick really did go out of their way to ensure our stay was successful without ever being intrusive, so please don’t hesitate to book!

We (a big family of 6) were very happy with our stay. It was easy to check in, the house is very well equipped with everything needed, and the view from it to the valley is breathtaking! It was especially nice to be granted a free walking tour with a guide, kids were super happy. We highly recommend this place, thank you very much.

What a fabulous place!!! Casa do Monte exceeded all our expectations and provided a relaxing and luxurious base near Barcelos for our 3 families holiday. The host was so helpful, friendly and flexible with check in times. The house is magnificent with a huge garden for the kids to explore and the swimming pool provided plenty of entertainment and the opportunity to cool down on the hot days!! The kitchen has everything you could need during your stay and the veranda boasts a magnificent view to eat your meals in front of, watch the sunsets and see the fireworks from nearby festivals. We feel very lucky to have had our holiday here and would love to return one day!!

Thank you Nicolas for this experience, the house is excellent, the space is very beautiful and the hospitality was the best, I will recommend it because without a doubt it is a spectacular place to spend a few quiet days.

It was an unforgettable stay thanks to Nicolas and Diane. Very good welcome from them, very good guide and as far as the property is concerned, it is simply a dream setting where you can find comfort, cleanliness and lots of interesting activities such as bike rides, board games, ping pong or the pool, not to mention what revolves around the city, Braga, Porto, Villa Verde. So a really successful stay and I highly recommend this villa for a weekend as well as for 2 weeks.

Nicolas house was way more than expected, more than the pictures shows. The house is really beautiful, clean and luxury. We felt very welcome by the treatment of Nicolas and his girlfriend. Is really the place to relax, enjoy the pool and all the activities.

Great stay. Having a bathroom in each room was great. Sharing the pool was not ideal but it was manageable. Overall we were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed.
