Very cool experience in the middle of nowhere, perfect for enjoying the nature and the calmness. Nice forest around, we enjoyed the night view and the fogs in the morning:)

Thomas is very sweet and accommodative. Great overnight stay. Not too comfortable with the openly shared bathroom, but glad there's one private bathroom at the end.

We have been to Ida several times and will gladly come back. Beautiful cabin with everything you need. We enjoy ourselves very much there, it is a cozy atmosphere and great location.

Beautifully presented, spacious and spotlessly clean cabin, in the most idyllic location. Incredible views in every direction and it sits in a wonderfully secluded location. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking directly from the cabin, with loads of trails in the area. We loved waking up to find a sheep and her two lambs playing in the garden. Communications with Ola were great. We highly recommend staying here!

Instructions were very clear and everything was as described. The cabin has a very nice setup with a big, opened but cozy living room. The winter terrace was great for windy days. There are really nice views of the surrounding mountains with lots of hiking or skiing opportunities. Definitely recommend!

We had gathered the family - 6 people, 3 generations - a week's time in Mette and Pers lovely cabin. The cabin is perfect for 3 families and the location is tip top if you appreciate peace, coziness and a great view. We also had some great days skiing, although the area is not that big. We'd love to come again

This is one of the most phenomenal places we have ever stayed at. Exceptionally beautiful with panoramic views. Still cannot get over the views this hime offers. The home is extremely clean and well put. It’s as good as the pictures or even better. Fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts were very communicative for all our needs and recommendations. Our kids had the time of their lives. If you are visiting norway, this is must stop.

We had such a great stay at this lovely cabin. The photos and descriptions match well with the pleasant cabin and mountain surroundings greeting you. We instantly felt welcomed and ready to enjoy some time off. The kitchen is really well equipped so e.g. you can readily brew the coffee the way you prefer or make pizza dough like being in your home kitchen. From the location 10 min drive away from the Nesfjellet Alpine center to the soft beds, linens and pillows, nice scents, esthetics and views, this beautiful cabin created a great frame for a cozy family ski vacation.

We had a great weekend with our youngsters. The apartment was nice, the space well utilized, good equipment and the bedrooms downstairs had good beds. Kjersti was friendly and replied quickly. She let us have a late checkout on Sunday, which allowed us to take advantage of an extra day. We would gladly came again.

We had a very nice (winter) stay at this new and spacious chalet. Aurora and Sindre helped us nicely when we needed some help. The area is great for cross country skiing (above the tree limit) - and even the weather was nice.

A perfect place for the five of us over the weekend. Easy check in and good communication with Roberto. Recommended!

We had a great stay. The apartment offers plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and a brilliant view. Lise was always available and helped us quickly. The cross-country skiing trails are within walking distance. Everything was great for us. We would definitely come back.

Modern furnished house, with all the comforts. Games, toys and even a Playstation are available. The house is in a nice area. The bathroom was large, with a washing machine and dryer. A separate, extra toilet would have been useful. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and the space with a T.V. Please note: if you are tall you have to bend over to go through the bedroom door. The Wi-Fi is not reliable and went out regularly. The last stretch to the house is quite steep and can be slippery in the winter, so be careful driving! There is someone who clears the path snow twice a day with a tractor, or gravel to fight the smoothness. Lene was always quick to respond to our messages and was very helpful.

Tor & Lene’s cabin is the perfect place to call home while enjoying Setesdal. We stayed for several nights while exploring the region and researching family history. The cabin has hiking and active sports within walking distance and is just a short drive from all else you’d want to see and do in the region. It is cozy and comfortable with modern amenities—full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi— while also having beautiful traditional touches, such as rosemaling, sheep’s wool throws, grass roof, and a wood burning stove. Tor and Lene were welcoming and accommodating, and explained everything clearly, making for a relaxing and worry-free stay. We would love to stay here again in any season.

This is our fourth time renting this cabin and it has really become a favorite place for us. The cabin is warm, well equipped and has everything we need for a relaxing weekend in the mountains. The stomp is a big plus – we always enjoy sitting there with something good in the glass after skiing. This weekend we had long dinners, board game nights and stargazing – and went home with low heart rate and warm cheeks. Communication with the host is as always easy and pleasant. We would love to come back!

We had a very nice stay in this cozy and nice cabin. The location is perfect for skiing, with the trails just nearby. Espen was quick to respond and helpful both before and after the stay. Recommended!
