Absolutely beautiful cabin with stunning views, lovely lounge room and fireplace, and a great deck and jacuzzi. Also close to town for getting groceries etc.

Spend a nice week in a relaxing environment. Beds very comfortable and also the howling of the huskies every now and then had its charm. Will be happy to come back

World-class location directly on the very quiet lake in the middle of nature. The accommodation is original, yet very modern. No sewer available ;-). We liked it very much and the communication with Jaokim was flawless. We can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience and will gladly come back.

From the start, we were very well received. Tomasz was ready to greet us when we arrived, so we were in really safe hands. He just reviewed the amenities with us and everything was really nice! We had an absolutely perfect stay at Tomasz's place and our trip couldn't have been better! We will definitely be back!

Group of friends long weekend away. Used the Sauna and the Hot Tub, was really peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth reading through all of the instructions that are sent over. Need a suitable car if travelling in winter. Would recommend!

The whole stay was great and Ana was super attentive to make sure we made the most out of the fantastic cabin. Location great with loads to do and yet still in range of Hemsedal ski area! Couldn’t fault the accomodation, living area or outside facilities and Ana was a great host. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

We were a family of 4 with 3 nights. The cottage is really nice, very cozy and beautiful outdoor areas. The kitchen was not so big, but it was fine. Beautiful view from the wooden terrace. The wilderness bath was just perfect. We can clearly recommend others to use the cottage. We enjoyed short walks near the cottage. Sandvatnet and Fagerfjell. We also drove to Flætebakkfjellet, where we went to the top, where there was a view of Blefjell.

We had a wonderful stay! The cozy cabin is beautifully secluded with nature right outside the front door. Halvard was always easily accessible and very helpful. If you don't travel by car, keep in mind that the bus does not run on weekends.

What a small, beautiful gem by the river. The cottage absolutely sweetened our last stop of our tour and surprised us. We thought it was so much nicer than the pictures showed. Everything is very well maintained, from the garden, boat to kitchen and bathroom. It was impressively clean and looked like first occupancy. Everything you need has been thought of: new candles, dishwashing tabs, new dishwashing sponge, etc. We had experienced this differently before. But in particular, Eirin and Rolf provided the house with loving details, which we were very happy about. There were fresh flowers on the table, the heaters were turned on beforehand and we could spend the evening comfortably by candlelight. We had a wonderful time. Many thanks to Eirin and Rolf. It was nice to meet you. We will be happy to come back.

Sissel's cabin is nothing short of splendid! Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, it offers a splendid view of the lake and the right atmosphere to relax in nature. Sissel provided us with all the necessary information and was always available. We hope to return soon and recommend staying in this magical place!

We have had a fantastic stay in this cottage, which has a quite unique location. You will never tire of the Norwegian nature, which in the most beautiful way, with panoramic views, is invited into the living room. We enjoyed hiking, the tranquility and both sun and rain. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival at the cottage. Thank you for everything❤️🇳🇴.

We immediately felt at home in the cottage. Super cozy, beautiful and modern. In addition, the hut has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Great personal welcome. Really suitable for someone who would like to get back to basics in a quiet and peaceful environment.

We rented the hut with 3 friends for hiking to enjoy a quiet week in nature. It was perfect for this. The hut is secluded on a forest lake, is easy to reach on foot (700m from the car) and corresponds exactly to the description. The area is wonderful for hiking on a variety of single trails and there is plenty to see in the area even on rainy days. In the evening, you can enjoy your time at the campfire, grill or relax in the hut in front of the fireplace. Overall, a great experience!

Incredibly lovely little boathouse. Perfect for two people. Everything was as described. The surrounding area was super quiet. The big window (can be fully opened) with the views of the lake are the highlight of the apartment. The host is super responsive and all instructions (check in/check out) were clear. Would 100% come here again for a weekend getaway.

Super cozy, clean and well equipped cabin with plenty of space and nice location. Anne-Linn appears nice, helpful and available. Around the cabin, you can just get loose with outdoor activities in both summer and winter! We would gladly came back here 😍

wow it was an amazing stay in a very nice house with a very impressive view. Espen and Elisabeth were great hosts giving us nice recommendations walking on the coast to the island you see from the house. Happy to stay there again one day :)

A really nice place to visit , on the first day after a few hours we were greeted by the husband who fixed a broken tap in the sink, helped us with getting the fireplace and firepit outside going and even gave us some hiking tips and other places to visit! very helpful and nice hosts, a beautiful place to visit if you ever want to get away from the city, would recommend to anyone who likes to be next to the water.

What a great place and what a great cottage. We take care of everything, down to the smallest details. Everything has been done to make the guests happy. You'll feel right at home. And we will definitely come back. Anne Marie was a very friendly and hospitable woman. For us, the best place ever in Norway where you can breathe in the Norwegian freedom.

The house has a nice modern decor and through the many windows a beautiful view over the mountains . It has a cozy wood stove and the kitchen has all the comforts. We had a great week. Andreas and Ida respond very quickly to questions and are very thoughtful and helpful. I would recommend everyone to rent their lovely cabin in the mountains.
