Guest house holiday rentals in Viken

For me this was a place of recreation and contemplation. A simple, secluded "life" with a natural garden and a special view. At the same time, the road up to the city was just the right distance. A nice little walk. Hosting was curious, welcoming, and friendly. I was safe right away, and was shown trust while taking care of privacy. Thank you for me, I will be back!

Very nice hosts who always responded quickly and accurately. The cabin has a beautiful location overlooking the water and a cozy outdoor area. Compact, but with smart solutions and everything we needed. Good standard, very well equipped kitchen and clean and nice.

We were very warmly welcomed, the apartment exceeded our expectations, it is very clean and lovingly furnished, you can tell that Ashild and Dagfinn want you to feel comfortable. We enjoyed it very much, actually you have to give 6 stars.

Marianne and her husband were wonderful hosts. The location right on the golf course is very quiet and pleasant. The bed high up - you climb up a ladder - is very comfortable (it may not be ideal for someone who is physically impaired, but there is also a bunk bed below) We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Cozy flat with a nice view! We enjoyed a lot having breakfast outside in the morning surrounded by beautiful nature :)

I only slept at the place, but very clean and quiet location. Great stay.

This was a great place to stay to get away from the city and to enjoy nature. The house was very welcoming and I loved sitting on the front porch to drink coffee in the mornings. It is a 40-minute transit via ferry to Oslo, which is fun and relaxing. You can also walk 5 minutes down to the water and relax in the lawn or the sand. 10/10 experience!

We came for a relaxing weekend and hiking and we had absolutely great time. House is perfect, cosy and authentic, we loved it. It is made of very supreme materials and very well decorated. Elena was a great host 😇 We would like to come again.

I was very pleased with everything, but probably my 6 year old boys review is more detailed 😅 Some things he said about the house and the farm: «This house is so cool, I could easily live here» Note about the bathroom carpet «OMG Mom, feel how soft this carpet is» «MOOOOM this house has bunkbeds, cooool» «Mom, can we please babysit this brown goat when the owners go on a holiday» «Wow, mom those pillows and blankets are soo soft and nice» My kids happiness and joy was written all over their faces the entire stay… just only one moment when my 3 year old was crying a bit because he was ganged up by baby sauer who probably wanted to just thank him for feeding them with milk 🤣 I thought it was funny and cute at the same time. Amazing experience and will definitely visit you guys soon again 🩵

Trond was a wonderful and really helpful host! The place is beautifully located close to the nature. It was very clean and I was positively surprised with a small separate room for the children. Definitely can warmly recommend Trond’s guest house!

Great cabin in beautiful surroundings. Well-equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Location perfect for day trip over Suleskard and to Lysefjorden. Nice host, we will gladly come back. Recommended!

We had some great days in the archipelago in Hvaler. Hege's beautiful country house had a lovely location near Svaberg and the sea. We had a lot of fun and hope to be able to take the trip back at a later time. Thanks for us 😊

This is a real gem, a very charming annex in lovely surroundings. Steinar met us when we arrived, and he is a very nice guy! Recommended without hesitation, we will be more than happy to return there :-)

Very cozy cabin with ski in ski out. We enjoyed ourselves like the fish in the water. Unfortunately, the cabin service had missed cleaning before we arrived but the host arranged very well. They showed up in 15 minutes and cleaned when we went skiing. Super nice hostess and lightning fast communication.

What a host! We have been welcomed by Berge very nicely. Everything was well prepared in advance with some refreshments, fruits to welcome us. Berge is doing everything to let you relax and enjoy his cozy place. Nothing to say besides excellent! I do recommend the place.

It was a great stay for our Oslo visit. Holmenkollen is a beautiful neighborhood to have walks and to view the city from highground.

Berit’s place was very welcoming with wonderful paintings and a cozy fireplace. Berit and Kjetil responded immediately to our inquiries and even had suggestions for us on cross country ski areas which were abundant. Would definitely book again!
