We rent out our spacious 70`s holiday home, sleeps 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountaintop, with sun all day and fantastic view of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water in the air line. 5 min walk and you can swim on the local dock or beach. Hiking areas just outside the door, with a great coastal path beyond Østerøya. Here you will quickly get to Skjellvika and other lovely sandy beaches.

If you are looking for a peaceful country setting with sunset, forest and meadow views, then this house is what you are looking for. Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views of the submission to Risør! Located close to the city center and the sea, as well as very short distance to great hiking terrain in Urheia. Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 4, 8 og 12. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
