Villa holiday rentals in Vignale

The purpose of my stay was: experience how life in Corsica is out of season and in a real Corsican village. Despite the fact that I didn't have a job there and I sometimes found it a shame not to be able to “get away” from “my” mountain for a sandwich and of course a “étrangère” stay, it worked quite a bit in terms of feeling. After 3.5 months, the village and its surroundings feel very familiar and I almost feel family with Françoise and her mother. We didn't walk the door flat, but they were, even though they only speak French and Corsican, extremely accessible. I miss the area and am already looking for a way to go back to it.

We loved this accommodation, very comfortable, bright, functional, with quality services. The welcome was charming and neat... gifts of Corsican products and flowers were appreciated! The environment was very residential, harmonious and vegetated to perfection! We loved the large terrace for all our meals in this beautiful environment. The proximity of small quality shops has served us well. Our host was very friendly... and allowed us a nice meeting with a "purebred" Corsican...

Thomas allowed us to enjoy a wonderful week of family vacation in a large and very beautiful house, decorated with great taste and very functional. The many bathrooms will prevent us from stepping on each other. Her mom, who welcomed us and to whom we also returned the keys, was lovely. Thomas takes the time to find out if our stay is going well and remains very available if needed. The fully fenced land with its gate allowed us to park our 3 vehicles peacefully while still having space. A truly exceptional house, which we highly recommend. The photos are perfectly in line with the services offered. Thanks again to Thomas and his mom for their hospitality and kindness.

We were able to get into the apartment before the actual check-in. Gabriel always responded very quickly. The house has everything you need and is excellently cozy and homey. Everything was great!

Very nice and super equipped house, our daughter especially loved the toys available! We used the house for excursions to the north of the island. Barbara is a nice, helpful hostess. Unfortunately, we had a hard time finding a parking space on some days. If you arrive here too early, these are sometimes in great demand, but in the evening it is no problem. All in all, the accommodation is worth recommending!

Excellent location for exploring the Corte area. We loved it! Upon returning from a city tour or a hike in the area, we felt at home! We highly recommend

Great place for family holidays in Corsica. Close to the beach (walking distance, but not right in front - about 10 min walking ), well equipped house, and awesome pool. Surroundings are peaceful and private, despite other villas around. Good grill and enough sitting and lounging space outside. Amazing views and charming. However, car is required and people with disabilities will struggle on the vila (2 floors) and getting to the beach. AC is a must in the Summer and hose has very good AC units. Points to improve: mattress in master bedroom upstairs is smelly - needs change or cleaning. Netflix does not work (despite, massive Sony Bravia TV - there is a bug and we informed the owner. Needs a new TV). All in all, we would go there again to disconnect and spend some quality family time (but the mattress needs change). Laetitia was helpful, attentive, and super friendly to help us get around.

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

The villa is wonderful with beautiful sea views. Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Eddy is a great host. We'd love to come back. And Corsica is great.

House in a beautiful garden with olive trees, cactus, pink laurels, lavender, rosemary. Beautiful sea view from the terrace even if it is partial when you are at the table. The decor is modern and functional. The bay window and sliding doors allow the house to open to the outside, the sliding shutters protect very well from the sun and the heat. Very quiet, almost no neighbors, we loved this rental. The beach is accessible in 20 minutes on foot through the maquis. The region is fantastic and all the Corsicans we met were friendly and considerate. Nothing but happiness in Sylvain's house :-)

Beautiful and functional home and decor. Beautiful sea view enjoyable both from the living room and bedrooms. Very spacious rooms each with private bathroom. Everything was very clean except for the kitchen that was not properly cleaned. All in all, well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook comfortably. Recommended!

Coming with family at 10, the house was very nice, clean and well appointed. The heated pool was usable at the end of April, the terrace was very nice and the kitchen well equipped. Thanks to Laurence for her availability and advice

To say that we (2 adults, 3 kids, 2 seniors) enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. This place is magical, like a fairy dream world with enchanting views, a beautiful pool (+ pool house, including fridge and cooktop), multiple corners on the property to tuck away (including suspended day beds and a hammock), not to mention everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Each of the 3 upstairs rooms has its own private terrace with furniture. Our kids loved roaming the grounds, picking cherries, playing boules. We spent hours each day in the pool. As well, Francois Xavier went above and beyond to help make our stay fantastic. He helped us navigate the mountain road the first time (it is narrow but well-maintained; we got used to it), and helped us plan day trips (Bastia and Corte). He is unlike any Airbnb host we have ever had, and this is unlike any Airbnb we have ever rented, in the best ways possible. We would love to return.

It was really wonderful at Jean Francois. We asked for an extra baby bed, he didn't have one but arranged an extra bed for us in no time. He helped immediately if we had a question. Really nothing to complain about and a mega recommendation if you want to be within walking distance of Saint-Florent. I would book it again right away!

This villa is the highlight of our trip! Every sunset is unique. The place is bright, clean and perfect for a family stay. We enjoyed the pool with a sea view. There are all the shops nearby while maintaining tranquility. Thank you Thomas, it was a wonderful meeting. We are already looking forward to returning to stay in the north of Corsica. :)

Excellent! Weekend for a group of 10 people. The villa is beautiful, with all the amenities you need for short or long stays in the north of the island. Its view of the bay is breathtaking. Emilie is responsive and the exchanges as well as the instructions for arrival and operation of the accommodation are very clear. An address in Lumio that we will keep!

Great holiday in Corsica, very clean accommodation, and very well-equipped, much appreciated air conditioning (summer 2024 very hot), impeccable pool, Paul was very responsive when we needed him. The neighborhood is very quiet and you will be forced to take the car for all trips such as Bakery, restaurants... We have an electric car, we were able to charge it on site directly at the accommodation (thank you Paul) and for the big charges, Tesla terminal 5 minutes away, so no pressure. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay

A perfect stay with the family at Henri's. A very welcoming host, a house with a splendid view of the Gulf of Saint Florent (10 min away) and perched in the hills. Very comfortable bedding, a modern house with several toilets and bathrooms, ideal for a group of friends or a family gathering.
