We enjoyed our stay! Great place!

A visit for our honeymoon that went very well. Amazing views of the sea (during our stay there was a storm and it was a lot of fun to watch the waves safely!). It's a pretty private place with only seasonal neighbors. You have to have a car to get to the house, but it's normal to benefit from Corsica! We hope to return in the future! Really a quiet and relaxing place.

The house with garden is beautiful and really offers everything your heart desires. The decor is elegant, each room has air conditioning and heating, there is even a working Swedish stove. We cooked daily, Charlotte has equipped the kitchen with absolutely anything needed for it. The house is situated in the mountains and those looking for silence and seclusion are in the right place. Unfortunately, there is no shopping in the village (no bakery, no grocery store, just a butcher). The nearest shopping is in Ile-Rousse, about 30 minutes away by car. The road there or to the house is quite curvy... We really enjoyed the house and our meals on the terrace as well as the sunsets and could only recommend accommodation!

We were allowed to be guests of Ingrid and Jean-Christophe for a week. It was a wonderful holiday that left nothing to be desired! The two are very friendly and extremely helpful, we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back! The complex is great for families with children, the private pool is wonderful and the direct sea location is excellent. A highlight is the dog of the two as well as the many lovely cats in the village. A small supermarket is available on site, the larger one is easily accessible by car. The surrounding wineries and restaurants are also highly recommended!

The villa is wonderful with beautiful sea views. Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Eddy is a great host. We'd love to come back. And Corsica is great.

House in a beautiful garden with olive trees, cactus, pink laurels, lavender, rosemary. Beautiful sea view from the terrace even if it is partial when you are at the table. The decor is modern and functional. The bay window and sliding doors allow the house to open to the outside, the sliding shutters protect very well from the sun and the heat. Very quiet, almost no neighbors, we loved this rental. The beach is accessible in 20 minutes on foot through the maquis. The region is fantastic and all the Corsicans we met were friendly and considerate. Nothing but happiness in Sylvain's house :-)

The house is very nicely decorated and generously equipped with everything you need. The many seating areas and the quiet little garden behind the house also provide relaxation and privacy, even when the neighboring house is occupied. Marie-Agnès welcomed us very kindly and gave us a long list of great tips for restaurants, beaches, swimming spots and excursions. We were able to spend a wonderful week in Serra-Di-Fiumorbo

We stayed a week with 8 adults and 5 children in this fantastic house. We have all traveled a lot and have rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the nicest place we've ever had. The house is even nicer than in the photos. The location right on the beach is simply incredible - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and were also able to play wonderfully in the large garden. Host Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee maker is broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were there with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Thank you very much for the great service, we'll be back in 2026!

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

Beautiful location, extremely quiet. Top of the ridge so very private with 2 sets of electronic gates. Electrical window and door shutters that close to complete blackout and very secure. Pool can feel very cool depending on the weather conditions. You will need a car to get to the local supermarket (20 min) and to visit the local area. All in all a fabulous place. Would definitely return. 4 adults.

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

We had a great stay in this perfect house. Communication was friendly and professional - all questions and requests were immediately addressed. The house itself is a real highlight: the interior is tasteful, high-quality and thought out to the last detail – really outstanding. The kitchen is excellently equipped, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms are beautiful and very quiet. The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, designed with great attention to detail. The pool is huge and clean, the barbecue area beautifully integrated into the garden landscape. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. The location is also great: the beach and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes. The concierge service was always available and supported us in everything - great! We fully recommend the house!!

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has a great view, so we were able to relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you can enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car, with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maud solved minor problems very quickly.

Great place to stay for a young family and Maria was a great host. The villa is super clean and has everything you need and the view from the terrasse is incredible. Maria also provided everything for our one year old (cot, chair, bath) and was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had a great stay, the accommodation is perfect, in line with the photos if not more pleasant once inside. The accommodation is ideally located in the south-eastern region of Corsica, making most places of interest and leisure accessible in about thirty minutes. The house has an excellent level of equipment, which is very appreciable, special mention to the audio system which is very pleasant and functional. Regarding PV (the owner) nothing to say, very friendly and good-humored person, it's nice. PV welcomed us very well and is available if needed during the stay. In addition, he advised us very well on the places to visit, as well as on the good addresses of the area, which was very appreciated. Thanks to Alexandra and Jean-Alexis for hosting us, our stay went extremely well. We easily explored the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica by leaving the house every morning. We particularly appreciated the garden which is a peaceful oasis. We enjoyed coming home in the evening to enjoy the outdoors, and we slept extremely well.
