We had a very nice stay in one of the appartments.

We lived in the apartment in the basement for 2 days in October. An ideal place to relax with a large garden. The sea is easily accessible on foot.

We had a pleasant stay at Pino's apartment: spacious, bright, very well located and an available, discreet and extremely friendly host. We'll be back!

The house is very nice, the lobby is wonderful and the host is very friendly and kind. The location is incredible because it is super central, we only stayed one night but we will definitely be back.

Exceptional 6-day stay at Edoardo's with our two children. The setting is enchanting, peaceful atmosphere and relaxation. The pool is large, ideal temperature for hot summer days, full of animals that make young and old happy. Edoardo is very friendly and helpful, while being very respectful of the tranquility of his guests. The area is very nice, beautiful beaches 40 minutes away (there are some closer I think), superb Umbra forest, city of Monte Sant'Angelo to visit absolutely.

Anna is an amazing host! She gave us great advice of things to do in the area and is available all the time if you need anything. Highly recommended.

Very nice house, surrounded by olive trees. It is divided into multiple apartments, each with its own space abroad with table and gazebo. The apartment has everything you need. The location is convenient to reach the different beaches nearby and the center of Vieste by car. The hosts are friendly and helpful. They also make a pizza night with all the guests and I offer or the pizza cooked by them...fabulous

A place to remember, the view is sublime. The place is new, very clean, with a sense of detail, the bedding is good Alfredo was very welcoming , and always available for our questions and recommended us a great restaurant. I would recommend this address 100%

Thanks to the detailed directions and the necessary tips for GoogleMaps, we were able to find the property even in the dark. Angelo gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything worth knowing to us and gave us first excursion tips. Likewise, the conversations with Francesco in the morning were always very nice and based on his recommendation we also drove to San Giovanni Rotondo, which is really worthwhile. The apartment is small and cozy and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area in November, because of the temperature, but the few steps to the sea with beautiful beach absolutely made up for it. We'd love to come back when it's a little warmer and the restaurant is open.

We had a wonderful stay in San Giovanni! The accommodation is excellently equipped and really ideal for a holiday with a dog - the entire property is completely fenced, which ensures absolute relaxation. The pool is very well maintained and invites you to cool off, and the beach volleyball court was a great extra for sports activities on site. The hostess is incredibly warm, helpful and always approachable – you immediately feel welcome. The location is quiet, but easily accessible, perfect for those seeking nature and relaxation. We will definitely be back!

New, clean, well equipped apartment situated in beautiful olive tree orchard. Close to nice beach. No problem with parking. Such place is hard to find and I glad that I found it close to Mattinata.

Morning is beautiful, Matteo's house is very nice , Comfortable, clean and strategically located near downtown 100 MT Our luck that Matteo's mom has the most beautiful Mattinata factory and in their restaurant you can eat divinely. Well...in short, better than that, it couldn't go

Emanuele is a present and considerate host, passionate about this land and his work. The house is a quiet harbor nestled among the olive trees, a place where it's easy to feel at home. The interior spaces are not very large, but functional. Kitchen is complete and nothing is missing. The outdoor veranda is the heart of the house, the perfect place to have an outdoor breakfast or a romantic dinner. Ideal for a couple, but also suitable for families (there were 4 of us). When we return to the Gargano we will definitely go to Emanuele.
