Hotel holiday rentals in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

I wishes the swimming pool was actually a pool and also not located in a different building I think not all the photos are from here and possibly a bit misleading

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

This was a cute place in the middle of old San Juan. no surprises, very well laid out. Definitely recomend the food at the terrace café. Will come back Definitely.

Nice unit in a central location. The bedroom is air conditioned while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room were not. It wasn't too hot in the other rooms in May, but it did mean that there were mosquitos around. Very close to the beach and not too bad of a walk to Condado to the west. There isn't much of a reason to walk east.

OK, so the host was really responsive and very clear spoke great English. Finding the place was a little difficult, but I think that’s just because the building is kind of new. I know this unit doesn’t have a lot of reviews, but I can tell you it was awesome. I wasn’t sure what kind of place this was but it seemed like a really nice condo building with a 24 hour concierge in the front. Everyone was super helpful. It’s very private and the outdoor area is awesome with the hot tub. It’s really clean and quite beautiful. The air conditioner worked great in both rooms and that’s something I truly care about. They made good use of the bathroom space and both bedrooms look identical. The best part is that it was right in the fun area and very very safe. We honestly just went there for a weekend to have some fun. I don’t really want people to know how good this place is because the next time I go back soon I definitely want to stay here and I don’t want this unit to be all booked up.

Solo hubo un detalle en el check in que no me permitieron utilizar mis tarjetas de créditos porque su sistema supuestamente no las aceptaba, cosa que nunca fue notificada antes de hacer la reserva y con una de ellas hice la reservación. Pero al llegar allí la chica que me atendió me dijo que no era posible usarla en el alojamiento, tampoco mi otra tarjeta personal que es crédito también. Solo aceptan según ella las principales eran Capital One y American Express. Yo no tenía ninguna de ellas, así que mi pareja procedió a utilizar una tarjeta de él para poder completar el check in. Me pareció absurdo completamente.

Great location safe feel u can walk almost anywhere and have a great time definitely coming back

This was a wonderful stay! The price was a steal; the location and apartment were more than worth it. With a bus stop right at the front door, my friends and I were able to get to viejo San Juan and santurce free of charge, which was super convenient. Kenya’s home was wonderful, though I never received a response when posing a question about checkout. Besides that, it was a perfect stay!

This place far exceeded our expectations for our trip. This is my first time doing an air bnb and we didn’t know what to expect. From the minute we book Isabel was responsive and helpful. She gave us plenty of advice on how to explore the island. Ana, was so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The home itself was close to the beach, which was quiet and beautiful. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. The two apartments were perfect for our families, allowing our children to go back and forth from one to the other safely. The pool was beautiful with a great view of the ocean.

The house is extremely beautiful itself and the views are amazing. Many enjoyable amenities as pool, pool table, outdoor sitting areas, tv´s around the house. Bathrooms and rooms are very comfortable. Loved the house and would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the location—it's so close to everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Whether I wanted to check out local shops, restaurants, or attractions, everything was just a short walk away. Plus, the neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. The host was also friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

Martin est très serviable, merci pour le petit boîtier wifi très utile. Bon emplacement pour visiter le vieux San Juan via le ferry de Cantano. Pensez a noté le code wifi avant d'arriver si comme nous vous n'avez pas de téléphone.

I stay at Flor's place for my 40th high school reunion. The place was perfect for what I needed. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The studio is clean and very secure. The air-conditioning was marvelous in the 90 degree weather. Flor was very responsive and attentive. Will recommend.

Maria was an excellent host. I had a little issue checking in and she immediately called to help. The location is great! Lots of restaurant nearby. The pool is not available but you're right on the beach. The place could use some updates and new linens but, overall, it was a good stay.
