beautiful house and super communicative hosts, enjoyed our stay overall

The place has a large space, with a pool and entertainment. It has a good location because it is close to the airport. It is a family and residential neighborhood. By car, it is very close to Isla Verde. The house is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, and ample parking space.

Loved my stay here , host was super responsive and helpful , place looked exactly like the pictures and very clean , beautiful area.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Hacienda Azucena is a true paradise with breathtaking views. The photos simply don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Our family had a wonderful time, and Carmen was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We did experience a brief power issue, but Carmen resolved it immediately. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

I loved this listing , it was close to San Juan and near everything else . Me and my friends are a young crowds so it was so nice to stay somewhere quite at night away from San Juan’s rowdiness. The pool was so cute and lights up at night which is an awesome vibe ! Loved it !!!!

Had such a great trip! The space was decorated perfectly, very clean. The hosts were amazing to communicate with and truly thought of everything in their accommodations. Would definitely visit again!

Glenys was a great host. Very attentive, and responds fast when needed. Location was amazing. The perfect distance outside of the touristy areas where you can get a local PR feel while still being around close to just about everything. Great stay overall.

We had such a great stay here! The pictures don’t do the house justice it’s absolutely gorgeous! We had a large group and all fit comfortably. It was also so close to so many great bars and restaurants - would stay here again !

The home was beautifully decorated & clean & is located in the center of everything. Nothing was too far & alot of great walkable restaurants near by. Also had parking right in front! Colton was a great host. Super responsive & provided us with recommendations. Colton was able to accommodate and provide whatever else was needed when asked for! Thank you so much! This is a beautiful home located in the heart of Old San Juan. We savored our time in this exquisitely renovated row house. The outdoor area is almost as lovely as the house. The pool is small but nice for cooling off and relaxing. The front balcony is off limits. Walk to shops, restaurants, etc.

The most beautiful Airbnb to stay at, the outside area with the pool is perfect for chatting and relaxing and the inside is super cozy and really neat, i would recommend this to anybody going to San Juan area 10/10!

This was a family vacation with my adult children and it was wonderful! Tommy and Kayla are exactly as described SUPER HOSTS!!! We truly enjoyed our stay at their home, it had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, very peaceful, and close to everything, especially the beach!!! They answered any questions we had in a timely manner and the entire trip was perfect due largely in part to Tommy and Kayla. We didn’t want to leave (LOL)! If I could give them 100 stars I definitely would, they deserve it!

Amazing place to stay in old San Juan! We loved our time at this cozy and spacious house. Walkable to lots of things to do as well as several awesome restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again anytime. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great location, close to beach! It was just as described in the listing! Highly recommend!

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

This is probably one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was perfect. The decor was gorgeous, it was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfy. Our host Sami was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations, our trip truly wouldn't have been the same without him. I highly recommend the cooking classes they offer. The neighborhood is perfect if you prefer something less touristy, there were lots of restaurants/cafes and a nice beach all within walking distance. We felt very safe. It truly felt like a home away from home!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! It was a little difficult to find the place since we arrived after dark, but once we got there, everything was great! The home was very clean and felt extremely secure thanks to the numerous locks in place. We also appreciated the opportunity to connect with the local community. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d love to book again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
