Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. Katrina was very informative so I had zero questions throughout my whole stay! I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Condado was absolutely fantastic! The condo itself was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and welcoming arrival. The location in Condado is truly excellent. We loved being within easy walkable distance to a wide variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local culinary scene. It was also just a short stroll to the beach, which was a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and enjoyable stay in Condado, Puerto Rico with the added benefit of wonderful hosts!

The house was an amazing experience and they had a pool and beach near by. The are was really nice alot of places to eat and enjoy. The host was amazing at communicating and gave me detailed instructions of anything I asked for. Completely satisfied Thank you so much.

The place was very clean in a great location near the beach, had a great pool, and near all the local nightlife and great restaurants. you really do not need a car unless you want to, and Johayra was very helpful in every way. I will book this place again.

Staying here was a dream! A great little pool and beach access right out the door - what else could you ask for! The apartment was equipped with all you need for your beach hang stay. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Short Ubers around San Juan. Super responsive host before and during stay. Will caution that there was some form of construction every week day during my stay - but I don’t blame the host in that; it’s just communal living. But will forward the caution that if you want to sleep past 8 during the week and it will ACTUALLY bother you - this might not be the place for you until that completes (personally, I just went and napped at the pool lol!)

I love the 24 hour security which helped me feel safe goi g in and out of the building. I love the key fob which was so easy to use going in and out of the busking. Took advantage of some pool time and the washer and dryer as well.

Our second stay here (and 4th time at this complex, Marbella del Caribe) and we absolutely love it. Falling asleep to the ocean waves, waking up and walking down to the beach (or pool) - you can rent daily huge umbrellas. Beatrice provides chairs, but you also can rent loungers at the beach with your umbrella! The condo is clean, comfortable, and the location is spot on! The location is walkable to so many restaurants, bars, grocery. And for the condo, as it’s facing Isla Verde (a view that’s stunning), you don’t hear any of the sounds of the street side of the complex. If you don’t want to rent a car, there is no need! Cannot wait to stay here again!

This house was very nice and private, everything worked well, we didn’t have to wipe things down when we got there, hosts are super nice and very helpful. Overall had a beautiful experience, will definitely book again!!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

We had such a great stay here! The pictures don’t do the house justice it’s absolutely gorgeous! We had a large group and all fit comfortably. It was also so close to so many great bars and restaurants - would stay here again !
