Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Juan. Mariano was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. The home was clean, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could need. My husband and I traveled with our 22 month year old daughter and it was the perfect setup for us. Mariano provided a pack and play, high chair, stroller, baby/toddler pool floats, beach toys, wagon/umbrella/gear/cooler for the beach, etc. It was so nice to not have to travel with those items and we were very impressed with the quality of everything provided. The real highlight for us was the wonderful private patio & pool - it was a perfect size for us to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location is ideal - 1 block to the beach, a few blocks to tons of restaurants, a 15 min drive to Old San Juan or the Airport, and a 45 min drive to El Yunque. This Airbnb far exceeded my expecations - book it ASAP.

This unit was in the most perfect location in Old San Juan. Very walkable to restaurants, stores and bars. The photos of the unit don't do it any justice. It's beautiful with lots of personal touches. I can't recommend this to place enough.

This is a beautiful one bedroom in the heart of Old San Juan, complete with a beautiful courtyard to set the mood as you come and go, icy cold AC, beautiful marble floors, very quiet lodging, and a long list of recommendations from the host, perfectly located to walk right out the door and fully immerse yourself in the local culture. The host is highly responsive to any communication or issue. Highly recommended.

Excellent arrangements and a beautiful view.

This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

Great host and an amazing stay! Eileen was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for entertainment and restaurants. Some of the highlights about the apt. was how close it was to the beach as well as how close it was to dinning and tourist attractions. The patio is the highlight of the space. Really great for early morning breakfast with beautiful PR sun or you have the option to enjoy an evening drink watching the sun set. Overall highly recommend.

The location of the studio itself is very nice. The surroundings not so much but once you park and hang out in the outside living area you barely noticed it. Hector was very attentive. On day 3 of our trip he reached out to see how things were. We had a problem with the bed where it wasnt comfortable from sinking the middle. He sent a guy over as soon as we got back to fix the issue right away and he did. It was a wonderful place to stay for sure.

Great home near lots of restaurants and beach. Checking in was super smooth and the hosts were great at communicating with us! The place is just as pictured.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

The house is closed to everything. Literally in the middle of old San Juan. Allison and Steven were very attentive. The AC, hot water, the smell of the house and all was 10/10.

Hector was an amazing host - proactive, responsive, and friendly. His place is close to everything in Old San Juan. After active days exploring, we loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings, enjoying breezes and beautiful skies.

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Highly recommended!! we would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Carol’s place was beautiful. The inside was spotless and smelled clean. The view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony was amazing. Carol was very accommodating and provided multiple suggestions, including activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in Condado before. Patricia's place is a hidden gem 😊 Place is bigger than on the pictures. Which was a pleasant surprise. Patricia made every effort to make our stay comfortable, she was very responsive and proactive. Thank you so much.

Ron was flexible with my check-in time which I very much appreciated. The instructions to enter the apartment were clear and the place was clean. I also appreciated him reaching out during the power outage to see if I needed anything. There was also a great view of the ocean from the balcony! I would recommend staying here!

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!
