Franco is great and friendly. 100% helpful. Good beds. The accommodation is close to the beach. Although we were here out of season, we experienced a lot and enjoyed the town and its surroundings.

I highly recommend this Villa - it surpassed our expectations. The best aspect is Maurizio’s services and excellent communication. He helped organise transfers (even at very short notice), arranged pizza chefs at the villa, and reliably responded to all our requests promptly. Hospitality and care like a 5* hotel. I planned a trip for 4 days for a group of 14 girls in mid-May. As soon as we landed in Catania, we felt we were being personally looked after. Maurizio helped me pre-arrange minibus transfers and kept in regular contact to ensure all was well. Exploring the grounds of the villa was a highlight. We enjoyed fresh oranges from the trees and squeezed large lemons into our drinks. There’s an excellent outdoor gazebo area with concrete ground and tent-like roof surrounded by beautiful trees. The terraces provide beautiful views of the sea, sunset and islands. The kitchen is small but was sufficient to cook for 14 people, with large pots/pans. Bedrooms huge and spacious

Apartment on the mezzanine floor in an area full of plants, flowers, swimming pool and relaxation area. Very well maintained and equipped with everything for cooking. Terrace for dining outside. The owner Ms. Ivana is very helpful and friendly. The house allows you to walk to the most beautiful beaches in Tropea. Recommended.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward.

The house is very welcoming and for those who like tranquility it is ideal, it was possible to take an excursion on the Sila, which I recommend. I thank Arcangelo and his family very much for the beautiful welcome. I will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Marasusa. The view from the garden and pool is wonderfull and we enjoyed spending time at the pool and watching stars from the terrasse. The apartment was clean and basic, some equipment needs to be renewed but all in all a great stay to explore the beautiful beaches and places in Kalabria.

Carmela was helpful and very attentive, a property with a lovely garden. Our studio apartment had a terrace from which you could see the sea. The location of her apartment is truly strategic, allowing you to move around easily and reach both the beautiful city of Tropea and the various beaches around.

Carlo’s place was amazing! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The apartment had everything our family needed for our short two night stay in Scilla. Scilla is a beautiful little town. Everything was walkable and the locals are friendly. The apartment is close to a small beach where we rented chairs and spent a good part of the day. The larger beach is walkable as well- it’s beautiful but more crowded. Carlo was very responsive and a great host! If we visit Scilla again, we will definitely stay here!

The stay at Alberto and Gabriella's exceeded expectations. In addition to the absolutely strategic location for visiting the surroundings and the property rich in details and tastefully furnished, the added value is the hosting, the attention they reserve. We were lucky enough to have dinner at the property on the day of our arrival and what can I say? Dinner was really a treat, too. The two-room apartment solution proved to be a winner for our needs! A round of applause for the daily cleaning of the apartment, a very welcome service! When we return to the area, we won't be able to help but stop here again.

Luca was very friendly and helpful with finding the place since our maps brought us to another location, he even let us in early to get ready for the wedding that evening. The place was clean and quiet which was exactly what we needed

We stayed on this space for 3 days. Was super clean. Giovanna showed us everything at check-in. We were in Scilla or on the ferry in Sicily within 10 minutes. If you walked down the street, you were right by the sea and could look over to Sicily. The only thing that bothered me was the motorists. The house is located on a curve, i.e. it is lifted from every direction. Especially in the morning from 8:00 am it was quite annoying, at other times it had not bothered us. I recommend the accommodation for a trip to Scilla or to come to Sicily.

Lovely house in olive grove. Beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. Gioditta was a great host, responded quickly and picked us up after we left wrong. Follow the instruction with the road. You can't use Google Maps if you're coming from the south. Nice walk to village. We got to look at the olive harvest. I would recommend the place if you need peace and quiet.

It is in a beautiful area, very well located, just 10 minutes from the train station. It's the historic center, there's movement all the time. And 3 minutes away you have the stairs to go to the beach. The apartment is spacious, divided into two floors. The first floor has the entrance hall and a bedroom. Upstairs, there is the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and a sofa bed. One consideration, the air conditioning is only on the top floor, so in our case, since it was so hot, we decided to sleep on the couch and we were perfect this way. Definitely recommended!

My friend and I arrived by train, and Vittoria picked us up in the car and took us straight to the house. The house matched Vittoria's descriptions and we had a great time. Vittoria is very kind and helpful, she welcomed us in a friendly way and was always available for anything. He also gave us various tips on where and what to visit and even advised us to rent a scooter for getting around, as the area is quite hilly and not flat. We were close to the sea and the beaches were just a short scooter ride away. Impeccable view from the house, you are surrounded by nature. There is also a swimming pool and a bar. It was really fantastic, Vittoria really welcomed us as if we were at home. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Ricadi.

I stayed in Zambrone in a simply perfect apartment: clean, well furnished and in a strategic location, the view from the balcony was breathtaking! Host was very professional and helpful from the first contact, he was always ready to answer any questions. I had an issue during the stay, resolved in a short time. Unforgettable and at the same time relaxing vacation.

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

Great well maintained structure, great location to quickly reach the necessary amenities and beaches. Only note that the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall we had a great time and the pool is an added value when you don't want to move around by car.

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

Francesco and Guido welcomed us warmly and made sure our stay went smoothly. We stayed 17 nights in August. The place is beautiful, very well cared for and very peaceful. A place of other times cared for with extreme taste. The house has a beautiful patio where you can have nice dinners and the pool is a fantastic space when you want to relax. The sea is very close and offers a wide free beach (no amenities), but if you want to find equipped spaces nearby. To reach the house there is a dirt road to travel carefully, but absolutely feasible.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

We had a very nice time. Alex and Julia's accommodation exceeded our expectations! Clean and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. Up on the roof terrace, we had a great view of the sea and the mountains. We can highly recommend the accommodation with the great location and will be happy to come back!
